I ordered a cake a week ahead so they would have plenty of time to get it right. I am completely disappointed. The Italian Cream cake I ordered was so dry and over baked. I have ordered this cake in the past and it was excellent, but this time was a waste of $40.

Heartbroken to give this review as I likely consumed 10,000 Katy’s Pantry cookies over the course of my childhood! But if you’re going out of your way (like I did) to make a special stop, you need to know it’s not worth your time. Let Katy’s live in your memory! The last two times I’ve come to Katy’s while back in town, it was so disappointing. My experience yesterday made me so sad! It looked like there were only 2 people working & they were both working SO HARD. My cashier was lovely & apologized many many times for the wait. The cookies I left with were HARD. Not fresh, whatsoever. You can tell when something is overbaked, just like when you can tell when something is old. These were definitely not over baked☹️ Sorry Katy’s, that was 3 strikes?

Waited 50 minutes for three slices of quiche. And the crust was undercooked. One of our party didn’t even get a plate with her order and had to eat off a piece of tin foil. The staff had nothing but excuses. Blamed a mix up with the quiche. Obviously they lost our order. Didn’t offer us anything. Didn’t even get an apology from the manager she didn’t bother to talk to us at all.

I used to love Katy’s. The strawberry cake has always been my favorite. Had a piece of strawberry cake and a cookie today. The cake was so dry and the cookie was hard. The cookies are also normally decorated super cute and the cookies today looked really bad.

I’ve always loved Katy’s. Recently moved back to Enid and hadn’t been in years! Was showing my boyfriend who had never been. The grill shuts down at 2pm, closing time is 6pm. They need to close at 2-3PM when they close the grill. My boyfriend didn’t even order anything because everything he wanted (over half the menu is stuff from the grill). Granted we went in around 5:30, so I ordered chicken tetrazzini and when it was brought out it was literally boiling hot in plastic bowl and the middle was frozen. They took it and warmed it up again in the microwave. They also charged my card for 30$ when the entree was 10$. And had the audacity to ask me to pay for the terrible food again after refunding my card. The girls there have no idea what they’re doing. No manager on duty either. Will not be back. Shame that it went downhill.

A friend and I met at Katy's this morning for coffee. I had a slice of quiche, and It was good. Their coffee is very good. The help was exceptional. Both employees we talked to were friendly, cheerful, and prompt with our order. I look forward to my next visit.
