Well, I got there special for Tuesday. I am added bacon and I took videos and pictures. She said she put four slices and they must be microwaved or something because the bacon was very soggy and you couldn’t even taste the bacon. I didn’t even think there was bacon on it. The burger itself is incredible but I would not have paid an extra dollar 1.50 for bacon that you can’t see or taste no crunch whatsoever.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I spent $26 at Lenox Drive In on a large order that included a triple meat cheeseburger and paid for added chili. When I got home, I discovered the chili I paid extra for was missing. I called to let them know. I was initially offered a tiny refund only for the chili, but explained that I’d prefer the burger be made correctly. They took my name and led me to believe i could have the burger replaced on my next visit. Three days later, I called to follow up and was told they would not remake the burger because the person I spoke to before “wasn’t in charge.” I even offered to purchase another fry and drink when I came back..Instead, I was flatly told no—and then hung up on. Mistakes happen, but broken promises, rude behavior, and zero accountability are unacceptable—especially for a $26 meal. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place.
