Lower rating because the last three times ive been here there is no pizza ready no one in line and still have to wait 15 min for a hot and not ready pizza

I placed an online order for pickup. When I there I tried using their intercom in the driveway and nobody didn’t answer. I went to the window the lady said What I was waiting for. lol! This is some poor customer service. If their isn’t enough workers just shut the whole store down.

This is likely the last time I will be visiting this location. Last time we got pizza 1/3 of it was crust because they didn't put the pizza toppings even close to the edge. I called to tell them and they put my name in the book for a replacement on a future visit. When I went in for the replacement pizzas they didn't want to help me or even look in the book or make the pizzas for me. After asking for the district managers info and telling them it was rude to continue boxing pizzas and not even try to figure it out the lady who apparently was in charge finally had someone come talk to me. He checked the book to verify I was owed the pizzas and after that started making them for me. After I get my replacement pizzas in 15 minutes I won't be back again. And I'll have to go home and find the district managers info since they won't give it to me.

It is 9:40 pm and the drive thru is closed! Online and most lil ceasers supposed to close at 10
This is the 2nd time I done came here and they closed the restaurant down early. They leave the sign on but will not accept any orders!

Manager there was an absolute jerk of an employee. Refused service because his attitude prevented him from THOROUGHLY detailing the transaction of a limited soda. He ONLY kept repeating the price and raising his voice whenever anyone asked for an explanation if we got our pizza or not, clearly was not trained in correct management.

It’s not the best pizza ever but it’s cheap lol what more could you want well it taste pretty good has meat and bread and soda fat and cheap yum I encourage you to come get some if you want better pizza that uses olive oil instead of seed oils spend $20 a pizza

The lady at the window was really nice.
When we got home we realized we didn’t have the crazy bread we ordered. When we called about it we asked if we could get the crazy bread refunded since we couldn’t make it back up there.
They said they couldn’t refund just one thing and they’d have to refund the whole order. But then I had to go up there to do the refund.
This is the second time we’ve missed the crazy bread we ordered.

I ordered and payed online which consisted of 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and 1 cheese bread pizza and a 2 liter pepsi and a 2 liter mountain dew. I went through the drive thru your person that gave me my order he gave me my sodas I watched him clearly go to the back for them and I asked if he had any cold ones he said that's all he had which would've been ok but this guy didn't even go check so I went inside and there was cold ones. That is just plan laziness. I paid 4 dollars more for my cheese bread pizza the way it looked when I got home looked like garbage. Where did the good customer service go?

Y’all’s whole thing is “Hot and READY” surely it’s quite obvious that Fridays and Saturdays are pretty busy days so why is it that y’all never have any ready? Also, might want to talk to your employees about customer service. If y’all are too incompetent to have enough pizzas ready, it’s not my problem if y’all are annoyed that I agree to wait for more pizza to come out. Girl with the fake red hair and septum ring let out the most dramatic annoyed sigh over the order speaker when I said I was okay with waiting 15 minutes. I didn’t choose your job and if it’s too much of a hassle to do what your paid for then I might suggest finding employment elsewhere.
