They need to learn how to bag the food. Every time I go to this McDonald’s they pack the bags full to where they can’t close the top of the bag to keep the food warm. They are not suppose to fill the bags that full cause you are supposed to be able to roll/fold it down two times to close the top of the bag. I don’t know who is training them but they are doing it wrong and need to fix this problem that happening.

TERRIBLE. Doublecheck your orders. Don’t trust this establishment. Ordered 4 double hamburgers & received all normal single hamburgers. Wrappers are on backwards too. How can staff get this wrong its the most simple order possible? Enid local for 30 years.

The new doordash after hr window ok watever but don't ignore dashers at the window and at that when knock on window don't be a smart*** and squat and thump ur dust pan on the floor 3 times same as the knock it's not my fault that's wat ur boss wanted and this was on frd 23rd of May from the gal sweeping and mopping the lobby.

I was in town visiting a family member and this was my first time in Enid. We had stopped at this location because it wasn't too far out of the way. We sat in the drive thru line for roughly 20 minutes before spending an additional 30+ minutes inside. The girl that was at the counter seemed sweet but possibly overwhelmed, as she wasn't very talkative. Aside from non fast food chain restaurants, I have never had to wait that long to order food (we ordered drinks and 2 fries) and receive the food.
