8pm on a Thursday. No customers in the dining area. 3 cars in the drive thru. Stood at the counter several minutes. Manager looked at me multiple times but did not acknowledge me. I finally asked if someone could take my order and he responded “I’ll get with you in a few minutes”. Walked out. Evidently 3 orders had him overwhelmed.

The last several times we went to the location by the mall in Enid Oklahoma the food and service has been better than expected . In the past they messed up my order several times. But lately 01/08/2025.. it has improved very much. I mostly use the drive thru. They seem to be "ON THERE GAME" lately..
Dietary restrictions: I mean its McDonald's. You can order it however you need it.
Kid-friendliness: This one has the playplace. They're typically nice about it and keep it clean.

The playground in it is my problem the Marshallese that were there when I was wasn’t even watching their kids. They had like 6 kids and 3 adults. Not a single adult watching any kids. The kids were running around the entire McDonald’s unsupervised (except the kitchen). I left when one of their kids squared up to my 4 year old daughter. When I called to ask what the policies on the play equipment were they refused to answer my questions and said that I should just call back in a couple hours.

Listen, I don’t do many reviews, certainly not many as I should when I have good service. This is why i hesitate to say anything negative at all, ever. Having said that, this McDonald’s has the longest drive-through wait time I have ever experienced in my life. I’m almost 60 years old. It’s a freaking hamburger, it should take no more than five minutes. Hell, I can cook hamburger myself 10 times faster. This was not a one off experience, this is how it’s been there for a long time now.

Used to work there, they fired me. Now they give the worst possible service. First they gave me melted ice cream with a filthy spoon. Then when I ordered a Dr pepper from the app, they took my money and told me that I never placed an order while laughing. Never going to this McDonald's again.

3 cars in line at drive thru, order placed 20-25 minutes ago and the inattentive person at the drive thru didn't listen to the online order code and then ignored us for a few minutes, never replied and left us vefore someone else came over to do their job for them.
