Ordered on 10/26/25 on the mobile app to have it delivered got notification from doordash driver that my order was canceled due to someone at their facility decided to take my order instead of the doordash refused to make it right or notifying me on what had happen Wataburger will be opening up soon they will be getting my business

the guy with the beard and brown/black hair at the second window is extremely disrespectful. first of all he didn’t even know what i ordered and i told him what i ordered and he gives me it. then i tell him i needed two more things because he forgot them then he huffs and rolls his eyes and shuts the window. when he comes back he opens the window and very disrespectfully hands me the bag and says “here you go” with attitude. he is very very rude and i will be finding his name and getting him fired. this is not the fist time that man he’s been disrespectful.

I had a mobile order, went through the drive-thru and read my code off. After the store tried to verify I was at the right store I said the street name(obviously pronounced wrong to someone's liking) as I got to hear the lady mocking me repeating how I said it. I ended up going inside and the store gave my order to somebody else with a different code.
I and a friend went to get drinks as we walk in a worker, daime was yelling and cursing. I feel as if this was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. This is the mcdonalds with a play place children do not need to be around behavior like that.

8pm on a Thursday. No customers in the dining area. 3 cars in the drive thru. Stood at the counter several minutes. Manager looked at me multiple times but did not acknowledge me. I finally asked if someone could take my order and he responded “I’ll get with you in a few minutes”. Walked out. Evidently 3 orders had him overwhelmed.

The last several times we went to the location by the mall in Enid Oklahoma the food and service has been better than expected . In the past they messed up my order several times. But lately 01/08/2025.. it has improved very much. I mostly use the drive thru. They seem to be "ON THERE GAME" lately..
Dietary restrictions: I mean its McDonald's. You can order it however you need it.
Kid-friendliness: This one has the playplace. They're typically nice about it and keep it clean.
