I just wanna say it’s thanksgiving I felt bad for ordering today but they were so amazing they gave us stuffed crust and wrote a cute note on the box and our delivery driver was honestly the best he was so funny and kind and made me feel so much better they were amazing !!!!

Stopped in recently and noticed a tall, slender employee wearing gloves-honestly, refreshing to see. That should be standard across the board. Things were a little hectic, but what caught my attention was a manager opening box after box of already-finished pizzas, inspecting them like Gordon Ramsay in a bad mood-right in front of customers. Not only did it feel unnecessary, but it raised hygiene concerns. Once a pizza is boxed, it should stay that way. Hopefully the owner has a chat with management about keeping quality control behind the scenes. Less show, fewer hands, better experience.

I stopped by this Papa John’s recently and walked into extremely loud and inappropriate music that made the environment uncomfortable. It took a while before anyone came to the counter to take my order. Once they did, I noticed that three of the employees left one young woman alone to handle the entire store — taking orders, making the pizzas, and getting everything out on her own. She worked hard and got it done, but it was obvious she was overwhelmed.
On my way out, another employee came back inside and dropped a container of something that spilled all over the floor, which led to everyone laughing while he scrambled to clean it up.
For some perspective: I drive for Uber. If my rating drops below 4.6, I can get deactivated. This Papa John’s has a 3.8. That means it literally couldn’t even be your Uber driver. That says a lot. It was a chaotic and unprofessional experience — Papa John’s needs to raise the bar.

I’ve never left a bad review for a business, but we come here almost every week and every single time we have to wait in the drive thru for sometimes up to 20 minutes even if we are the only car in line, and no other customers inside. I’ve never had to wait so long at a pizza establishment, and the workers are always less-than-friendly. I’m bummed, because my family LOVES Papa J’s! 🙁

We had to wait a good 10 minutes just to get waited on and that was only because my wife spoke up loudly and asked if we could get some service. We also ordered garlic sauce with our garlic knots and got pizza sauce instead which does taste good.

It's Papa Johns. They have good pizza and some pretty sick deals. Watch out ordering on busy weekends because they do get slammed with orders and had to wait a bit. Staff was friendly and offered me plates, utensils, napkins etc. Also, I like their music selection.
Online ordering is down and they don't answer their phones.

Lobe their new location; so much more accessible. We use the app to order ahead. They ALWAYS stick to the promised time. Pizza is exceptional, hot, delicious. Zero complaints!

The worst papa johns pizza I ever had. I ate one slice because I was starving and threw the rest away. It was overcooked, and the crust was hard and browned.
