Every time I come by to get Enid's best mashed potatoes and gravy, the team are on point. Work fast, efficient and customer service is just delightful.

Is there a chicken sandwich is outstanding! I'm going to make a bold comment here and say I think the Popeyes chicken sandwich is 3 times better than the Chick-fil-A sandwich! Or McDonald's for that matter and it's only about $7
The chicken is crispy all over and has a great taste and it's very thick. And they steam pressure cook their chicken which makes it tender and juicy. This is my favorite meal at popeyes. My favorite drink is 50% and 50%. And that's good too!

There was a worker named Karmel that was working that night and he treated us with the best customer service I’ve ever had. Such a kind, generous soul and he is the reason I will be back to this Popeyes. (He definitely deserves manager and a raise for how amazing he is.)

Great service good food

The wait was asanine, I waited 10+ minutes for 2 orders of Mac and cheese, while waiting I observed them mess up multiple orders, and get snarky when it was pointed out. There were also people there before I even got there that had already ordered that got their food after I had already been there for almost 10 minutes. I thought Popeyes was FAST food. Edit: after getting home and opening the bag, they did end up giving me extra mac and cheese, theoretically to make up for the wait. So, thats a plus.

​I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have received lately. Over my last five orders, the items delivered have consistently failed to match what was requested.
​Most recently, I ordered an 8-piece Lemon Pepper Shrimp combo. Not only was the seasoning incorrect, but the portion was unacceptable: I received only three whole shrimp, while the remainder of the container consisted of fried crumbs.
​This restaurant used to be a reliable staple for my family, but the recent decline in standards is impossible to ignore. I expect the level of quality I am paying for, and I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify these recurring issues.

Tried Popeyes yesterday and honestly… pretty disappointing.
The chicken tenders were super dry, really slim, and had barely any meat inside. On top of that, they were kinda hard instead of juicy, which made them not enjoyable at all.
The gravy also didn’t hit for me — just not a good flavor.
Fries were okay, but definitely not enough to save the meal. Overall, not a great experience
