How to ruin a first visit: I placed an order for two pizzas an hour and 15 minutes before leaving work so I could pick them up on my way home. When I got there, there were no other customers, yet the person in charge of making the pizzas was just starting to make them because they hadn’t seen the order until a few minutes before I arrived. I had to cancel the order since I wasn't going to wait another half hour. This is why I ordered in advance! Poor service like this is bad for business, and it’s why new places don’t last in Enid.
