Pulled into stall to order about 12:45 pm Nov 4, 2025. Tried to order using the red button. They couldn’t hear. Apparently I didn’t yell loud enough. They couldn’t understand that I had a coupon, $.99 for 2 corndogs. They came out to take my. It came up on the screen correctly (with mustard). It wouldn’t take credit card as payment. I pulled my wallet out to get ready ($20 bills…). They finally delivered it. Gave $20 plus a dime. Got $19 back, oh yeah do you want the 2 cents? Hmmm. She had to come back because she had given me the wrong bag. I asked about the mustard and she went to get it but didn’t come back so I had to push the red button again. Someone else brought some. They were rather sticky. Oh yeah, no napkins either. Left. Took 30 minutes. Drove to Kentucky Fried. Got chicken strips they had to cook. Took just over 10 minutes. They apologized and gave me extra.
I called the number their owner reply bot pasted in. Using fire as an illustration, metaphorically speaking, I reported a “fire”, the bot automatically gives me the number to the “fire” department. I call it. They don’t know they are the “fire” department. I did what I could.
BTW, my grandson ate one of the corndogs, cold, and liked it.

Went there to get food an order almost 60 dollars worth of food asked for ranch an Mariana for our mozzarella sticks an was told there were 10 cents per sauce but when you look that for extra sauce that stuff comes with sauce it’s ridiculous to try an charge for a little ranch packet that should have came with our food

Ordered in the app ahead of time. The wait time was quick but the person who brought my food out was rude and argumentative. This location is in a downward spiral out of control. They need to completely replace the management and employees at this store.

If you have anywhere to be within 30min do not go here. There is no order to their system. Card readers don’t work. Sat there 10 Min before a car pulled next to me just for them to get their stuff before me.

After sitting in 100 degree heat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order we’re told that they were not able to get to us at the time and to go to another store. I’ve worked in fast food my whole life. I’ve never been treated like this before. This place is TRASH. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH and whoever came over the intercom. TRASH there were 7 cars in the parking lot. Train your employees to be able to handle a 7 car happy hour rush. I’ll never go back here

sonic on south van buren in enid, okla. is going down hill especially the night shift- company changed app and it's hard to navigate now ... tonight the employee, shannon, was rude when took my order and delivered my order and mumbled as she was walking off because i paid 3.11 in change and rest in bill form ... jr. chicken sandwich was burnt and hard to chew ... 7 times out of 10 visits, my drinks are correct ... and 5 out of 10 visits the burger meat is overcooked and very dry ... still not as good as use to be but even the day shift messes up but generally is more friendly and better cooked food than the recent night shift ...
