If you have anywhere to be within 30min do not go here. There is no order to their system. Card readers don’t work. Sat there 10 Min before a car pulled next to me just for them to get their stuff before me.

After sitting in 100 degree heat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order we’re told that they were not able to get to us at the time and to go to another store. I’ve worked in fast food my whole life. I’ve never been treated like this before. This place is TRASH. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH and whoever came over the intercom. TRASH there were 7 cars in the parking lot. Train your employees to be able to handle a 7 car happy hour rush. I’ll never go back here

sonic on south van buren in enid, okla. is going down hill especially the night shift- company changed app and it's hard to navigate now ... tonight the employee, shannon, was rude when took my order and delivered my order and mumbled as she was walking off because i paid 3.11 in change and rest in bill form ... jr. chicken sandwich was burnt and hard to chew ... 7 times out of 10 visits, my drinks are correct ... and 5 out of 10 visits the burger meat is overcooked and very dry ... still not as good as use to be but even the day shift messes up but generally is more friendly and better cooked food than the recent night shift ...

The lady who was taking our order sighed at us before we even spoke! And gave major attitude to us and got our order wrong because she was so impatient, food was great as always and I appreciate the lady who brought our food out, but they need better training

Ordered through the stall... your employee that was taking my order Shannon was very rude she needs to learn some good customer service. I asked for hickory sauce on my burger and she said yall no longer have hickory sauce I said yes you do she said NO WE DON'T in a hateful voice instead of being so rude and hateful maybe explaing the first time why you don't add it when customers ask for it. I would rather go to another burger joint than go here again considering we have several of them here.

Edit: Look at reviews, lots of bad reviews. Place gone downhill. Consistently mess up orders. Ordered chili cheese wrap, got plain burger. Bad attention to detail, always ask for light ice, get cup full of ice. Other Sonic on Garriott is better.

Went for two flavored waters and when they were received there was no flavor what so ever. Went to the stall and told them they were not good and the lady said “what do you mean it doesn’t taste good?!?” Like, no do not recommend this sonic. Even the new waters had barely any flavor. #howdoyoumessupwater

It took close to 15 minutes to get my order.3 hotdogs. I knocked on the windows twice to ask what was taking so long. No response. I watched one guy juggling something in his hands part of the time.. then told me staff shortages caused the delay..
No. Laziness did.
