Ordered on the app, waited 30 minutes for no one to acknowledge us, when my wife went in to check they were rude, told her she wasn't allowed in and that the app should have told us the app doesn't do that. If I could have canceled my order, I would have but they already took my money.

My wife and I got to this store about the time they were to close just to order a couple of soft drinks and after I pushed the button, one of the employees came to the door and said that they were about to close and I told her that I just wanted to order a couple of drinks bur she refused to take our order and said that there wad a quick shop down the road that we could go to. I understand that they were going to close in a few minutes but maybe we would have made it worth their while to wait on us but instead they lost a sale and possibly our business for good. It also seems thar when I have ordered shakes on the app from this location, their ice cream machine would always be down.

I came to this location after ordering online. I waited in a line of 3 cars for 40 minutes. When I got to the window the order was wrong and I told the person 3 times and he refused to fix it. I also asked him to make the drinks, THAT WE PAID FOR THE ADDINS, correctly. HE DUMPED THEM OUT AND JUST REPOURED THEM AND SAID HE DID IT CORRECTLY, which is false as there was no add-ins. I’m disgusted

I rarely ever have a bad experience visiting sonic. My biggest complaint is the pricing but I know corporate determines what they charge .. over $4.00 for a 44oz drink is too high. Service and food are always good.

On Tuesday I went for ice cream and you guys “didn’t have it” and on Friday I ordered on the app and your incompetent car hops didn’t know how to refund my mobile order bc yall didn’t have ice cream AGAIN. The food is ok. Some good and some not as good. Love their blizzards! Not so much the onion rings. Love their pretzels!

It's been a hot minute since my husband & I went for an evening ice cream. We also took our dog for the 8 mile car drive. My husband asked if they had pup cups & the young girl taking our order said, yes, but we call them "WAG CUPS. " She then said I saw your little dog in your truck when you pulled in. When they brought our treats to us, it was the same girl that took our order. She delivered our order with a smile & was excited to bring our dog her WAG cup. Our server AND order taker were absolutely the sweetest. She was very attentive who was pulling into the lot, plus she was taking orders and delivering! Of course, our ice cream and WAG cup were made to perfection. Service alone will bring us back, but if you're in the mood for ice cream, Sonic has the best in town. I would like to add whomever named the WAG cups kudos, it made me giggle and love it! Thanks to the young lady who made pur experience fun.

My burger came completely soaked, the bun is literally falling apart, like a mix of pickle juice and pure grease. Another burger we ordered NO onions and it came out with more onions than I’ve seen on normal burgers. The fries are always over fried so it’s just basically grease traps. Really tired of getting burned by this sonic
