This is my Enid, Ok ONLY local Starbucks and I always get my drinks at this Enid Starbucks. Will I order a venti blackberry sage lemonade with no ice and by the time I got to the drive-through, I did not get a single blackberry fruit in my drink and I asked the barista don’t you have any blackberries and he’s like I think we don’t have them up here but would you like strawberries and I just give them a side eye took the drink back and then he only put like four blackberries in my drink and I was about to tell him is it because I ordered it without ice I’m still paying like seven dollars for this drink and it’s not fair that every time you ask a drink with no ice they don’t put you any fruit that’s how it comes with the blackberries in the drink, I hate it so much they act like if you’re not paying for what you’re asking for I mean there was no discount and the reason I didn’t want ice is because I have a really bad strep throat and I can’t have cold drinks. Well that’s what I feel. I can’t drink cold yet and I’m still paying and I ordered a grande peppermint mocha extra hot and it was cold and every time I order a hot drinks here they don’t do it right it doesn’t taste good and you’re still paying for what you’re ordering. I’m very very upset about this place and about the service that you get here every time you come up here is like you’re just asking for free and you’re not I’m always paying for what im ordering and they always have a bad mood here starbucks should hire people that really wants to work and make good drinks cause you’re paying for them and Starbucks is really expensive and that you’re not asking for anything free your paying for every single thing you order so next time, please do the drinks right or just take them off the menu Cuz how they are presented in the menu is not how you actually get them made out to you.

I ordered my standard venti vanilla bean cream with chocolate syrup. 1. No syrup despite being on the ticket. 2. The manager decided my order was the moment to start telling the cashier a long winded list for her to remember. And 3. I never feel welcome enough to sit and enjoy my drink, I always feel rushed to leave.

The service is friendly, but I've been to this location (drive thru) multiple times and consistently get cold to mildly warm coffee and Americanos. Today was probably the last straw.
Had them remake my coffee 2x and it was still gross. Cold foam is a foam that sits on top of the drink not a liquid. Threw it in the trash.

Last time I had went it left a really negative taste in my mouth!! I called at about 8:45 asking for them to start making my order and it will be ready when I get there so they don't have to make my drink while they could be closing. The response I got was no that's fine we will wait for you, very sweet, but when I had got there the doors were locked and closed, and I was upset because when I called I was looking for a yes I will make it for you or a no we can't instead the lady was very distracted and wasn't paying attention to my call whatsoever that was a complete waste of my time. Is she could tell me she couldn't make the drink before I drove all the way over there would have been more understandable I get after a long day u want to go home but I was being very sweet and I just wanted a straight forward answer.
