Had a long long wait in store - waiting - while food service worked hard for ungrateful, self entitled, online or phone order customers that arrive and are so unhappy because they had to wait an extra minute or two for their order to be filled. Maybe they can receive a call when it's ready, IDK . But why should a customer, willing to walk in and order, have to wait for those unwilling to spend their precious time to do the same?

There were only two employees there and they were pretty busy, between customers and take out/door dash orders coming in.
The staff worked very efficiently and gave their full attention when working on our sandwiches.
They were out of churros but they had my favorite cookies! We used a coupon, which knocked down our total and we will definitely be back, even though there was a wait.

The staff at Subway on south Van Buren is always positive. They are always busy trying to make customers happy so they don't have to wait forever in line. If it takes a while they apologize. Their food tastes good too.
