This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to my wife DoorDash‘s and she has to wait in line to get her food now for the DoorDash people because the lobby is closed. They need to if you have a call order or a DoorDash order. They should bring it out the front door, even though the lobby doors are closed. They should bring it out there and the drive-through line wouldn’t be so long for people that hadn’t ordered yet. Sometimes you wait in the drive-through line for at least 30 minutes to get your food. It’s just ridiculous.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive-through only to have my order messed up. The lobby was closed so I called to see if they could meet me at the door with my corrected order. They told me no because the lobby was closed. They said that I should get back in the drive-through and come back around. What a joke!

Went through drive-thru in Enid, OK. Service was quick and efficient. Food was very good as usual. Then headed back to Tulsa.

This one is tricky. The food was really good. It was hot and fresh and done in a timely manner. The flip side is that the restaurant was filthy. Had come around noontime. Tables needed wiped off trash needed emptied and floors swept. The lady that took our order was as dry as burnt toast. She did however punch in the order without any questions and with accuracy so im not complaining that bad. Overall its ok
