My only issues were that our waiter didn't realize we were there, and when we were seated it was right in front of the line dance and I simply didn't know if I was supposed to watch them dance or avoid awkward eye contact. But I'm just an awkward person, I love watching it from a distance, just not right next to my table, I'm sure others love it.

Every time we go we have great food and the ribeye is always delicious!

Atmosphere is always great but tonight was either a bad night or just bad training by undertrained management.

Myself wife two kids. Order, everything was great up until almost everything came out back to back. So no time to enjoy apps entree etc. this is a minor point but I have to state the disorder here.

My food, 8oz sirloin and shrimp cooked medium. 22.99$
Somehow she heard well done. So they asked me if I’d like it remade, sure why not, they take my plate and tell me to leave the shrimp. So I start on my shrimp: the bring back the steak not the other side. No biggie I’m full anyways it took a long time to get remade I’ll reheat later.

Turns out somehow because it’s Wild West Wednesday or the server believes that because it’s Wild West Wednesday they have to charge itemized bills. Instead of what I ordered from the menu I need to pay 16.49 and two orders of shrimp at 3.99 each. Which is 24.47 in total. I notified her of the mistake. Already at this point I’m noticing a trend of issues. Weirdly she defended the fact they were overcharging me. Even had her floor manager fix the price after I asked my bill to match what I received and requested. The floor manager came then defended her for ringing me out correctly stating “it’s how she asked you originally about shrimp with your order, if you said 5 shrimp it would be the 22.99 price.” I told and pointed to the item at this point again showing him what I got. He apparently edited the price manually but that doesn’t solve the issue here.
Being shocked I just paid the bill left my tip for the server because even though she seemed in on the issue doesn’t mean she didn’t work for the drama, then myself and my family left. Leaving the steak .
At this point I’m 100% sure they are itemizing bills for people to gain an extra few bucks off every few meals. The issue I have is it’s almost like because they could justify the questions the server asked me about how I wanted my steak cooked with shrimp after the effort of pointing out the meal and giving all the info from the beginning that she could be in the right for trying to just itemize it so the price was higher. Because I may have gotten everything in those amounts but they cost differently on the bundle I asked for.
Which is where I just lost all hope of getting my resolution.
i asked the server about my little conspiracy and she even nodded with a smirk. Before getting the pricing fixed. It’s not much of a price hike but across a few hundred patrons a night it adds quite quickly. Most people state what they want like I did and expect it at the price and written type. Just because the server is told to do this type of itemized billing for Wild West Wednesdays doesn’t excuse or justify to change the price for your customers whatsoever. I’m making this review cause I’m genuinely concerned for the people of the town cause how many servers are doing this and who’s training them to charge more and worse who’s giving them the scripted excuses on why they’re supposed to do it that way?

Total bill near 100$ with tip. It’s not just about the dollars they tried to clearly justify charging me more. It’s the grand picture of the issue.

5 stars for the food, but the waiter gave 3 star service because he had too many tables, or was overwhelmed with what he did have. He wasn't even aware of when we needed refills, etc, so we had to ask for everything . There was a personal issue that needed to be addressed and I contacted them through their website. Jake called me back the next day and promised that he would work on it.

The wait was minimal for a table of 3. It took us around 20 minutes to get sat during the dinner rush. They were fast with a refill on rolls and our appetizer. The waitress was quick and kind. One of us ordered a beer that turned out to be out of stock. Our waitress was quick to tell us and was knowledgeable on what other beers were on tap. The two of us who got steaks enjoyed them. They were cooked perfectly to our specification.
We enjoyed our meal and left happy and full.

Dietary restrictions: One of us can not have red meat because of a medical condition. There was a good selection of dishes and sides that were not red meat or would be easily customizable to not have red meat on them.

I drive a charter bus and almost all resturants will comp the driver meal when you bring them a large group. We 2 buses of college foorball palyers, about 80 people total, average meal price on the low end is $25, that is $2000 for that visit not including tax and tip, and the owner could not see providing the 2 driver with complimentary meal. Well we will definitely choose a different resturant next time in coming thru Enid ,OK with a large group. And this is not about a free meal, it more about the owner of this resturant saying thankyou for bringing me am extra $2000 of business today,

The food was timely and very good, cooked exactly as we asked. Service was extremely friendly, engaging, and attentive. I didn't personally care for the country music on the radio, but that's just me, and it was kept low enough to still hear conversation easily.

The bowl of chili was also very good, worth the extra 99 cents as a side.

Shrimp appetizer was delicious. Atmosphere was a little loud for our taste. Service was excellent. Very friendly and prompt. Had the Porterhouse steak. Fillet side was delicious, NY strip side was grizzly. Not enough fat and too much sinew. Mushrooms and seasoning on the steak was very good. Fries were average and the corn was also very fresh and tasty. Had the Margarita with extra shot (actually .77 oz) of Patron. There are no prices on the specialty drink menu so make sure you ask. My drink was $16.!!! Ouch. More than downtown at the Omni.

My wife ordered salmon. Bad choice. It was so salty that it was inedible. So was the accompanying rice. Sent it back. The manager substituted an extra large shrimp appetizer in it's place. Salad dressing was tasteless. She was very disappointed. Go to a steak place and get steak is the suggestion.

For $100+ we'll probably not be back soon.
