I don’t normally post about bad experiences, but this was horrible. I sat and waited for my order for almost 30 minutes just to find out they lost my ticket and my food was never dropped. There was only one family in the entire restaurant and only handed out 3 to go orders.

We ordered a delivery from Wing-stop and had a bad experience but they made up for it, so I'm giving them one more star than I was originally going to. First, our order took quite a long time to be delivered. It was about an hour. This may not be the restaurants fault but probably belongs to Door Dash. When we opened the bag, it was COMPLETELY the wrong order. Again, Door Dash's fault (they suck). We immediately called Wing Stop and they had no idea what happened so they told us they'd call us back. Within five minutes, we received a call from the manager explaining that Door Dash had taken two orders and given us the wrong one. They would make us a brand new order but we'd have to come pick it up. :( if I wanted to come and get it, I wouldn't have ordered delivery but that's fine...we told them to go ahead and make it and we'd be there. Right after I hung up with the manager, Door Dash came again with our original order. She apparently tried to deliver it to the other order's house but he caught it and she drove it right back. By that time, the food was cold and kind of soggy so I can't really leave a review based on the flavor of the food-it wouldn't be fair. We called the manager back and let him know it was delivered and we kind of just brushed the whole thing off. Here's where they made me happy- today I noticed our entire order- even the Door Dash fee- was refunded to my account. I'm pretty pleased that they did the right thing. I wasn't going to ever go back there, but now I'll give them another try---and I'll dine in or carry out

If I could leave zero stars I sure would. This has been the worst addition to Enid ever. I genuinely cannot believe they are still open. The first time I went the wait was long which was acceptable and it happens and I understand that but it was terrible food it was soggy it was gross it tasted like microwave chicken nuggets, So like any normal human I decided to give it six more chances but that did not pay off it was terrible all times, I even tried something else so I thought maybe it would be better. I've tried now six different kinds of wings and each time is terrible! But that's not all the worst part is the fact that their hours are incorrect. I called because it was one of the only places open at the time because it was late at night it was at over 45 minutes before close. The phone rang for at least five minutes so we hung up and called again they answered and said oh sorry we are closed gave no explanation and hung up. Major b**** move if you ask me don't lie to me b**** I am really angry and really hungry.If I was in the mood for mediocre food I would've gone to Buffalo wild wings. Oh I strongly suggest if you're going to take your money anywhere you in your wallet take a little jaunt over to wings to go. There, the flavors actually have depth to them, plus the customer service is spectacular, and they are reliable. moral of the story every experience I had at Wingstop was subpar and I believe that the corporation was founded by Satan's himself. As devout christian, I do not and I repeat absolutely do not support this chain, it is the biggest disappointment of the century, and I really just want to wings to go, so f*** you Wingstop.

They butchered our to-go order and acted put out when we asked to get our missing items. The manager needs a belt, to put his hat on straight, and a crash course in customer service skills. You apologize and/or do not treat the customer like crap when their order is messed up. You’re welcome!

This place has pretty good wings, so if you like those, visit here. I did find one problem though. We had to wait an hour fifteen for our food. The welcoming staff was very nice and explained to us the mishap and refunded us. I'm sure this won't happen again, because they just opened and are still figuring things out. Will come back again if I'm really craving some spicy wings, although my fries were a tad bit cold and soggy.
