Why was my med italian ice the same size as the small that was ordered? Not only that but it had the smallest amount of ice cream in it. Gawd damn it I just want what I paid for. I love this place but I don't like getting what I paid for.

Been coming here for years but the last 3 times that I have went little disappointed the flavors I normally get aren’t the same or they have a funny taste to them

Worst ice cream and snow cone ever the snow cone with green apple popping pearls and the mango ice cream with mago popping pearls they were AWFUL! the pearls were so bad I grabbed a napkin and spited in the napkin

Literally waited 30 minutes for my order. The girl made 6 orders that were from people that had arrived after I did. Well she made their orders first and never made mine. To top it off after she finished those orders she left the establishment and went to the building next door. So there was no one else in the establishment to ask for my money back. I will definitely not be returning.
A bit pricey for sno cones. Customer service is sub par. I won’t be a reoccurring customer based on my experience.

The huge selection is great. However, this is the slowest establishment in all of Ohklahoma.
There seems to always be 2 or 3 children (employees) behind the counter with ZERO situational awareness. Once an order is made, they open the window and leave it there with no heads up of who its for. Common sense like taking names with orders at this establishment don't exist.
Also, dont bother waiting at the window because they close it as soon as they can. Knocking to get their attention is the only solution. Ice is decent. Customer service, non existent.
