When you have to use a Sonic Boba straw just to drink the smoothie because this is far from being smooth. The ice is still chunky. The powders they use are still really gritty in my mouth. The sandwich I ordered wasn’t very warm I had to warm it more when I got home. The cashier that took our order had no clue at what she was doing, and the person that was supposed to be showing her what to do placed her on the register and walked away.
