I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Enid! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I ordered it. The smoothies were perfectly blended and tasted amazing, and the café itself was clean and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained. The general manager deserves special recognition—professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure customers have a great experience. You can tell this location is well-managed and takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe to anyone in the area!

I love this place. There are few places in Enid to eat healthy and on the go.
I go there at least 2 times a week but as much as I love it something about the night crew never get my food right I do the wrap I get nothing but lettuce during the day its great, but man night shift has to het it together please

I have been coming here for a long time but here lately every single time i get a smoothie its either wrong or tastes awful like rotten. I return my last smoothie and they made me a different one and it still tasted rotten and the guy said ( i think its our strawberries and said they weren't stored right) this was 2 weeks ago. I went back this morning to try again and the smoothie tasted rotten AGAIN. They need to get their stuff figured out before someone gets really sick for bad food.

Customer service is very poor, especially Riley, they got my side wrong, when I went in to get it corrected, they threw the wrong sides on the counter and gave the me the correct sides, but dropped the bag before I cld grab it. I went home and called up to the store, when I asked for a manager, Riley hung up on me

Love this place. Takes a bit as every item made fresh and healthy ingredients. It is worth it! You will be pleased, place your order, choose your seat, and enjoy the ambience. Decent seating, quiet enough for good conversation and food is delivered to your table!

The overpriced menu items are great, the outside speaker needs replaced it’s extremely hard to hear the staff, based on how much everything costs they CAN afford to fix it but they won’t.

We got done at my friends doctors office pulled into drive-in set for awhile no one answered us so thought the speaker was broken drove to the window to let them know. Everyone there save us but never came to window after 5 minutes we ended up having to park and go into to get a smoothie. Very poor customer service. Won’t be going back

I attempted to return an unopened bottle of water after finishing my meal, only to be informed at the register that I would not be receiving a refund. Despite the fact that the bottle was completely unused and the cap remained sealed, I was denied any form of compensation. As a result, I lost approximately three dollars. I find it extremely disappointing that they refused to offer any resolution, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer. This lack of consideration and fairness is unacceptable. This is NOT about the money it is about sending a message.
I love to go get a smoothie from here when I am off of work, but sometimes they are very slow to answer the drive- through Mike here, and the last time I was here I had to drive away, but when I passed by the window it looked like they were busy doing something on the computer and phone.......it was not a very busy time and was earlier in the morning. Maybe next time will be better? In hopes I will still visit that day I just went to Starbucks instead.
