I've been coming here for about 3 weeks, early afternoon visits... I've had several different smoothies, a yogurt bowl, and their salads. 100% of my encounters have all been pleasant with each staff member. I've been inside the Cafe once and at that time I was the only one, which was amazing for me. I prefer their smoothies because I can make that drink last 5 hours into my work shift.

I had to wait in the drive-thru for roughly 10 minutes with Only 1 car in front of me. When I pulled up to the window, I sat there for a solid 10 minutes before ANYONE came to check on me. Customer Service needs to be Key in running any kind of Food Service.

I love the smoothies! Each and every one, just wished they offered more discounts! Service is always fast! Please offer more discounts, $8 is a lot to pay for a smoothie! Other than that, 5 stars all day long!!

So, the last 3 times I have tried to use my gift card, and I keep getting told, “Oh, it’s not working today.” It’s not been working the past 2-3 months? The workers are kind about it, but I find the situation ridiculous that it never works or that they can’t even try to type it in.

Not too happy with this this visit. We tried ordering online after selecting the store and confirming where we want to go as soon as I hit place order it changes to a store on the other side of the state. To make things worse there is no way to cancel it without calling the store it went to and and waiting for them to message there regional manager to process it and it taking several days. Needless to say this maybe our last visit. On top of wll this I just got my order and I can still taste almonds in my it after telling them to leave it out, it was also put in a bag as if to say "get the hell out".

Service is slow. Food is pricey, but pretty good. Smoothies taste watered down even after paying for extra fruit.

The new straws are making me crazy! They break after they get cold, then, of course, they don't work. I buy a smoothie 2 to 3 times a week. I love the Island Green w/ almonds. Bring back the pink straws!!
