The owner was great she come over and explained everything to us since it was our first time there. I just wish I had taken her up on a sample first. I did not like the fish. It was cooked too long and had no flavor. I paid the ticket for our friends meal also because it was my idea to go there.

I am from eastern Arkansas & also spent several years in Louisiana. This restaurant in a small out of the way place puts on one of the best catfish meals I have ever eaten. I consider myself a burger & catfish aficionado. The service is impeccable, fish fried to perfection, pickled tomatoes, hush puppies, fries & coleslaw with onion.
That is a meal you do not find in this area of the country. I have only eaten there a dozen or so times😊, and will continue to go there. By the way, it’s only about an 80 mile round trip but worth every mile. IMO you will not be disappointed.

We had a party of 15 and everything was perfect. Fish was wonderful, burgers were great and corndogs were really good. Service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.
