El Maya Mexican Cuisine Fairview

I wonder if it has new owners. We have never had such a horrific experience at the Mayo. The ceviche was tomatoes and shrimp on a tostada,no lime at all. My taco de asada,the meat was spoiled. I hope it doesn't make me sick. I told the waitress to check the meat and apparently couldn't understand me. I sent the meat back but nothing was done. We were charged full price and the waitress said "it's not my fault." So,just be careful and eat here at your own risk.

They overcharged me for my drink, then brought me the wrong food. And when I refused to eat or pay for it, they treated me like I was the one in the wrong.

Ordered fish tacos and asked blonde waitress before ordering if fish was shredded and she said no when it arrived I got shredded naked fish tacos. Sent back and got hard tacos and no flavor place is bland and service sucks. I waited 10 minutes after food arrived to finally get up from table was by register/ kitchen area trying to locate someone on my order blonde waitress came in from outside went to explain fish shredded but she grabbed plate rolled her eyes was short and rude . No listening skills As I ordered 2 hard tacos to go and they came out on a plate No customer service skills as she had excuses on being busy when we waited for drink orders& food orders then brought 2 silverware sets when there was 4 of us. Within a hour of leaving I felt terrible with stomach cramps and in bathroom most of this evening will not go back or recommend .would give it a -10 if I could ! I have never had such shitty service anywhere and eat out a lot as we travel for work.

We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant, and we're so glad we did, we were seated quickly, and the waiter was very friendly. Our food was very good, everything was fresh, if we ever travel to this area again, we will definitely stop for a meal.

This place was awful. No flavor very bland. Everything was placed in a raw tortilla and covered with cheese sauce. Don't waste your money.

Unreal. I stopped in Fairview on a whim because I was starving and would eat anything. I instead had the luck of stumbling into one of the most delicious Mexican restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at.
What a gem. The people of Fairview are lucky indeed; I wish I lived closer to this restaurant.
The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, and they have a huge menu with something for everybody.
Do yourself a favor and stop here if you’re anywhere near Fairview.

My first time eating here & the food was delicious! Our waitress was amazing! She was so helpful as to tell us what was popular on the menu & it was on point?? Will definitely be eating here again!!

I love this place absolutely best Mexican I have usually tonight not so much. Food and service was terrible I hate saying that but it's the truth. Will still go back maybe it was just a bad night for them.
