I asked “LUUIS” for 2 double cheese burgers and he charged me for them but as i opened them up when i got home i realized they gave me 1 single patty. I understand that the employees here are lazy and don’t want to work. But please don”t steal from me. A double cheeseburger is significantly more expensive than a single cheeseburger. If they didn’t have the extra patties and didn’t wanna cook more then communicate that. I would have said cool. Just give me my money back and give me the singles. I expect these type of antics from teens but it was only full grown adults working here today.

They are rude and it’s the only fast food place I have ever heard of not allowing refills. That’s one of the reasons the fountain drink machine is in the dinning area. Also they had no ranch. How does a restaurant run out of items sell all the time? Nobody does inventory and orders in a timely manner? This Burger King is clueless, managed poorly with horrible customer service.

Rude employee. Guy literally laughed out loud when I was trying to place my order through the drive through just because I mispronounced a word.

This is the worst restaurant on post! The staff are rude and lazy! My food was made incorrectly, the chicken was undercooked, veggies were welted/gross! The cashier didn’t brother to me give me my receipt nor asked me if I wanted it! The store was not busy at all so no excuses to why they couldn’t take the time to ask.

I am a defac employee and went to this burger King on my lunch break and stood in front of the cash register for 10 minutes and never once was told I would be attended to and the employees kept walking by and didn't say anything, there was other employees in the dining area just sitting there, so I had to go to Popeyes to get my order in, very unprofessional and completely trash as an establishment . Wish I could give zero starts because they don't deserve even one star

Possibly the worst experience at a burger king ever. Rude, lazy, didn't give a receipt until asked, didn't give straws until asked, and was put off by the fact that we did ask for straws and our receipt. Crazy that they get paid over $15 per hour...

This Burger King at Fort sill Oklahoma knows how to make some good food, inspite of the service time and also the problems of they been dealing with like if you have to go to the drive-thru to get your meal. I like the atmosphere that has the whole Military expression that surrounds Fort sill.
