I love Starbucks! Ladies there are always nice & if something is wrong with your drink they will fix it. ?! Only problem I had was when I bought a egg burrito it has a small fruit fly I cut it off and continued to eat “cus I was hungry and rushing” but other than that each time I go they get my drinks right ?

Ever been to a Starbucks? Well this was definitely a starbucks.Had a couple homeless people in there sucking up the Wifi, along with myself.Had a breakfast burrito... should have saved myself the trouble and not ordered it.Only went there for the Wifi.The water tasted pretty good and the service was spectacular!

Don't even attempt to go here, they do not clean equipment properly, they seem to never fail on burning espresso, drinks are never made good. I watched them close one day and seen how they "clean" and since then I have never been back. The next day I spoke to the manager and was told that is how they do it. What they did was put the pump(s) in water, and not take it apart to clean it, and add the cleaning solution to all the parts, didn't throw away the tea from the day and kept it over night for resale the next day. Overall bad experience and observations at that location!!!

I was not having a great day when I pulled up to the drive thru. A young woman greeted me very nicely and asked me how my day is going, and I responded “not so great but coffee can make it better!” And I placed my order. When I got to the window, my order was ready but NOT JUST THAT! She took the time to write a little message on my cup!It turned my whole day around ♄

I don't do Starbucks hostess knee this and I said the size I want and she did not give me the comment "Oh you want a venti" great service.

Busy as usual on the weekend. Two staffs only, was charged for alternative milk but the one taking orders messed up my order and didn’t put down the alternative milks so I ended up throwing my drink away since I can’t have cow milk. The one making the drinks was making one drink at a time and very slow paced. Probably won’t be coming back during busy days. Staffs doesn’t seem to know how to handle busy hours.
