Been a patron since they opened. Asked about steamed dumplings, long ago. She was shocked, at the time!We *always* get hot-n-sour soup, steamed dumplings and spring rolls.I asked about beef with scallions, or ginger beef, about 14-15 years, ago. Nope. Not only a good place, but the Best People. Doing their best with what they have, loving the people they serve. Hearts of God. Yin, the cook, father, full remembers life in China & is grateful for the USA & ALL that it represents. Lilly, the business woman, juggles her best to make it Happen. Bless yourself & bless these good people too. Smart people. Absolutely American. Be Happy & Pray! Order 'menu' if they are not over-busy.
I drive though Frederick, OK twice a month and other restaurant operators there said "it is fine". Ordered egg rolls and a 21 piece fried shrimp to eat going up the road. It was hot and tasty! Shrimp were big! I used the drive up window at 8:30 pm. $9 for everything before the tip. I wish these hard hit businesses my best. Good job Tong's!
