Best steak around...can't beat the flavor or price and it's as large as your plate. It's a very old establishment so don't let the interior run you off cause the food is well worth it. NOTE: serves sodas, tea and beer, no cocktails and is cash only.

If this place hadn't been personally recommended to me, I NEVER would have gone, let alone found it. We traveled more than 20 miles and I questioned if we were at the right place. The unassuming building-lacking any welcoming signage- was strange. But, apparently, when you are great, no signs or awesome building fronts are necessary. The street is bare. The buildings are empty. But, in front of Charlie's, the parking spaces are full. It's dark. Floor tiles are missing, seat cushions are torn, but the staff is awesome, and the steaks are amazing. Canned beer and soda only. We ordered the ribeyes. Holy moley, they are HUGE and oh so flavorful. It took quite a while for the food to be delivered to our table, but the view of the kitchen area and the precision of the culinary dance was awesome to watch. Once again, if I didn't know, I never would have gone, but I look forward to my next visit.
