This location always randomly closes for some reason..it’s kind of annoying. And half the time they run out of flavors early in the day. I’m pretty bummed because the staff is always nice at this location and it’s the closest to me but they can’t even stock enough flavors or be consistently open.

Been coming to this B-R for about 2 months now and every Saturday night. Some experiences thru the drive thru well being shut down at 9:15pm when you close at 10pm hmmm. But I drive there instead of going to Braums or Sonic within blocks of our house. The fact is B-R is REAL ICECREAM period. The service has always been friendly and even when the order was wrong they ALWAYS made it right. The customer is king here!

If I could give a 0 I would! MOST of the kids that work there are GREAT! They have good attitudes and have dealt with some unruly younger customers rather well. Now.. management, could learn a few things from the teens. Management you can do better.

Went by the store at 7:30 pm to pickup an ice cream cake and the front door was locked. Store hours showed closing at 10pm. There were 3 young women inside and they were standing around behind the counter just talking. The open sign was on so not sure what was going on. Ended up going to Reasors to get the ice cream cake.

I stopped going to this Baskin Robbins months ago, because they are always out of stock of different flavors. It seems nothing has changed haha
Placed order online, when i got to the store theu didn't have it ready, had to convey my order, they didn't have the ice cream or hot fudge in stock from my order, they wrote down my order and I waited in my car for 15 minutes,, walked back in and they still did not make my order, waited for them to make the wrong order started to drive off, checked my order, had to turn aroubd and show them my online order from my phone and they STILL did not make my order correct! Worst experience ever and will not be back.

OK, I rarely ever give a bad review but this place needs somebody who knows how to order ice cream from the warehouse. Every freaking week, This place is out of ice cream. So what did I do? I decided to go to the Baskin-Robbins Off of Sheridan and I believe it's 91st or 101st. Guess what, it's the same freaking owners!!!!! not only are they out of ice cream, the sign outside does not work and it was dark outside, I thought they were closed Maybe the corporate office needs to be given a phone call This is unacceptable For a franchisee operator
