My big steak omelet came out cold and my friend ordered the stuffed crepes and we didn't get the right ones. It was a total mess!! But the manager and our waitress came right out and fixed it!!

Food came out warm and under cooked, service was simply poor and there where a total of 12 patrons in the restaurant with a manager, three servers and the person handling our table changed from who seated us , took our order delivered our order and refilled drinks when we finally had a sever come back on the floor to ask for refills instead of hanging out in the kitchen! When the pancake and the are highlight of the meal you might have an issue with the cook. I wish I had take pictures I hope for nothing but improved performance here maybe it was an off day.

I’m not the type of person to leave a review ever but i feel like this time is worth it, my Waitress was Ashlynn and honestly she’s the sweetest girl i’ve met she was quick and kind and i never had to ask for a refill she would just bring it out as soon as she saw my cup getting empty i will definitely be coming back and asking for her again

We go here every other Tuesday morning. Our Hostess is Felisha Harrison. She is always polite and friendly. Always very attentive to all the customers she serves. Once she knows what you.like ,she doesn't forget. The food is always very good and oh my gosh the omelette that my other half gets sometimes looks so great.So if you go to IHOP during the week ask for Felisha. You won't be disappointed. She busts her bum to provide excellent service to her customers.
Nice waitstaff, but Thanksgiving portions were ridiculously small. And the Strawberries and Cream biscuit desert was laughable. Bleah

Clean IHOP with friendly staff in Glenpool. Service was quick and food was hot coffee as always was great , wife had crepes and berries with ricotta she loved it. I tried there new buttermilk biscuit and gravy and was pleasantly surprised .

First off, the waiter we had tonight was outstanding and was tipped well. Young man could make a small fortune if he was given an opportunity at fine dining when he gets a little older.2x kid meals were as expected and kids were happy.Chicken fries steak & eggs… that was the blandest, most sorry excuse for a chicken fried steak I’ve ever encountered in all my travels as it’s a favorite of mine and might as well be the state food of Oklahoma. Cooked but almost a grey color, not for being bad safety wise, but because there is so little seasoning. A heavily processed rectangle of shame.The gravy was runny and lacked any sort of real flavor. Scrambled eggs merely existed without seasoning and tasted like they were from powder / instant eggs. The hashbrowns were greasy and needed to cook longer.Chicken fried steak, eggs, hashbrowns, and gravy were all served separately on the plate which didn’t help anything and the entire plate was mildly warm.If I go back to this location I’ll stick to pancakes. But I’d rather drive past it and find a Waffle House.
