The wait times they provide are never accurate here. Was told an 55 minute wait and went on to get it and was told it would be another 20 minutes. This is a regular occurrence at this location.

Pizza was delivered to the wrong house and when it got to my house, it looked like they had flipped it upside down. It was cold and all they wanna do is refund me five dollars back after paying $37. This really sucks, I’ll Never order from them again, and I’m gonna tell everybody not to order from Mazzio’s

Wonderful staff at this mazzio's for sure. I usually make it back here to OK from Florida once or twice a year and Mazzio's is a must have.

I got the Ham & Cheese Hoagie. Maybe my expectations were too high. Sandwich was “good” taste-wise… but for $9.50 I expected a much bigger sandwich. It was maybe 2” longer than a 6” from Subway. Very little meat… very little veggies… small bread. Not worth $10 in my opinion. It did come with A FEW tasty fries tho 😆.

This is the absolute worst Mazzio’s. The dough is never cooked when we order pick up. Or it’s an hour and a half wait in the least.

This is second time now we've been quoted a 20 minute pick up order and have waited nearly an hour for our food. Ridiculous service.

Tuesday night buffett. 630pm only 3 other people in restaurant. The salad bar was nice. The pizza bar was full, but all the pizzas were cold.

This Mazzio's is always clean and has great staff working. The salad bar is always clean and fully stocked. The pizza is fresh and hot and made pretty quick. You do take your chances with the arcade as there are no refunds for malfunctioning games. The restrooms are kept semi clean but could be placed at a higher priority.

We got two jumbo pizzas and an order of wings, the pizzas were amazing, however the wings that they advertise as "saucy" were the driest wings Ive ever had. Like literally no sauce. Taste wise they were ok the chicken was good however again for your commercials to say "sauciest" wings is in accurate. Just go with pizza.

3rd time = no charm. This is my 3rd attempt in getting mazzios to assist with multiple concerns. only because I’ve loved Mazzios before it even was Mazzios (Ken’s or early 2000s). Each review they reply and say to reach out to them, I do. I did everytime with not ONE communication back. I won’t waste your time with them all but Here are just some issues I’ve had -
food was ordered and requested well done. It came undercooked. Ham bacon cheddar calzone, ham is solidified and cold still inside.
Cheese pizza had ranch as the sauce instead of, idk, red pizza sauce?
Every attempt has been a waste of time. Please don’t torture yourself by getting what might be a really good meal now to find out you’ll never get it how it was again. The main call # is useless. The email is useless. The review is useless. This is solely here for the potential customers that check reviews first (:
Don’t bother trying to make Mazzios look better by saying “please reach out” xyz. I’ve exhausted all my options. Mazzios is dead, for good. 20+ years. Shame.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. Great, however when it arrived it wasn’t our complete order (missing the salad & the family size ranch), everything was ice cold and the hot ham & cheese that we ordered was more like bread with a tiny bit of ham and a tiny bit of cheese and zero dressing. I called the call center back and explained my dissatisfaction. They asked if I wanted the order redelivered to which I said yes BUT I need it here fast due to the fact that we had to leave by 1pm for our sons football game, it was around 12 at the time. She said it they would get it to us as soon as possible. At 1pm our food was still not delivered so I called the call center for a 3rd time and asked for a manager. As I was on the phone with the manager, our food arrived and was still incorrect. They sent the wrong salad. I told the manager that I wanted a refund and I was told that they couldn’t do that and I would have to call corporate. I said fine, please give me their number and I will call. The kid “manager”, Tyler said he didn’t have corporates number to which I replied, “you’re a manager and you don’t have corporates number?!?”. Tyler proceeded to tell me that he was just “one of the managers, not the GM” so I asked to talk to the GM. Tyler says that the GM isn’t there but then quickly retracted and again she was there but she was “busy in her office doing paperwork”. I said I would like to speak with her so he set the phone down on the counter (not on hold so I could hear EVERYTHING going on at the counter). I was placed like this for 30 minutes until I finally hung up due to the fact that we had arrive at my sons football game. Fast forward a couple days and my husband saw a post on social media by Tyler promoting Mazzio’s Saturday Buffet. He made a comment on said post. See attached pics of this conversation. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! This “manager” should NOT have a manager title and maybe shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all. I am so disappointed because Mazzio’s used to be a family favorite.

We tried for a delivery, quoted 30-40 minutes. After an hour, I called and they said it should be there in 10 minutes.
After 15 minutes I called, and they filled in with nothing and then said there was a printing issue and it was never started.
But now it is started and I could go pick it up.
I go to pick it up, and they said it was canceled.
Worst service but had previous poor service as well.
Store front of people also canceling their orders for similar issues.
Will never eat at this mazzios again and I recommend you don't unless you have time to spare.

Didn’t receive garlic toast with our 2 pasta and didn’t get our appetizer of 4 garlic cheese toast. But they gave us 2 garlic cheese toast. I don’t even want a refund. Smh… why I mostly order from Pizza Hut. I gave Mazzios another try won’t again.

I ordered a pizza for pick up at 11:30 am. When I got there the doors were still locked. There buffet started at 11. Everything was out. But the doors locked. That makes me wonder how long the pizza had been sitting out. The delivery driver unlocled the door. It was supposed to be deep dish. For it being deep dish I would hate to see the thin crust. I got a Mexican pizza. All the toppings were on the side. There wasn't enough of the topping to even cover the pizza..
