Called in a timed order. Let's just say it wasn't ready on time not even close. Then when it was ready had to wait several minutes for the guy to let me have it. I love mazzios but I will never spend another dollar at the glenpool location. Oh this is a regular thing at this location.

I ordered a sandwich from this store and got it delivered. It was made completely wrong so I called to get it replaced. An hour and a half later it hadn't showed up. I called them back to just get a refund since it had been over 2 hours from my original order. I was told that a refund is not even a possible thing that can be done at a mazzios. So when they inevitably screw up your order all you can do is let them screw it up again next time. You cannot get your money back from them no matter what happens. I'll never order from them again. That's the only business I've ever heard of that can just straight up rob you. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we'll see how that goes.
We have come to Glenpool Mazzios for 3 years fairly often. On a previous trip it seemed the pizza had no pizza sauce. The salad bar was ok and we let it go. This evening we returned, and the salad bar was barely acceptable. We ordered a medium Ken's style and again no pizza sauce. On this trip we asked for EXTRA sauce, just to be sure. But again, NO sauce was on the pizza. We asked about it and they actually made another pizza for us. And yet again.....NO SAUCE.

Couldn't be on time to save their life. Order online and it says 70-80 minutes, 2+ hours later still nothing and no way to check status online. Call customer service and all they say is sorry they're behind...obviously...Edit: finally got food, and it's cold and the wings are wrong.
