Went to pickup an online order, granted it was busy so i could understand employees accidentally forgetting to add items for an order. But it took them 25mins to bring my order out. I went home only find an entire meal was missing, went back to get the missing items only to have the assistant manager call my husband out saying she didn’t believe him that items were missing because she stated that she personally bagged the bag herself and then proceeded to tell the manager that he was being a dick! This had to have been the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Kudos to the manager for handling this well after an ASSISTANT MANAGER of all employees handled this so poorly.

The women who work there are extremely rude. Don't call to ask any questions. They'll have an attitude the whole time. These people did not learn the customer service voice. The food is McDonald so not much to say, but man I have never had so many bad interactions at one location. I had probably 10+ bad interactions before I wrote this review

This place is terrible. They need a SERIOUS overhaul. Staff is extremely rude (one lady in particular at least - she will straight ignore you and walk away when you ask for something), asking you to “pull forwards” when it’s the beginning of breakfast rush and only a couple of people are in line. Did you not plan ahead and have stuff ready at 7am? Really?

They NEVER get the orders right.
Somebody needs to swoop in and redo the whole thing. We won’t be back until we hear it gets better. Just want our dang cheap-tasting fast food to turn out half decent.

The food is good, at least when I've gone. However, wait times are getting longer, prices are getting higher for smaller amounts of food. More frequently as of late, my orders are also getting to me incorrect, or missing items. Edit: same day, waited more than 30min in drive thru for an order I put through on mobile, and they'd forgotten one of my entrees. Watched at least 4 other cars order, get their food and leave before we got ours.

They took 33 minutes to make our order, and when we finally got our food, the food was cold, and the fries were soggy and not properly salted. To top it off, they forgot to put the cheese on my burger.

I recently visited the McDonald's location and felt compelled to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible staff working there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant employee who took my order with genuine kindness. In an industry known for its fast-paced environment, the team at this McDonald's managed to provide not only quick service but also hot, delicious food. It is clear that they work hard to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied, even in the face of challenges that come with the job. I was particularly struck by the contrast between the exceptional service I received and the ungrateful comments I overheard from some customers. It is disheartening to witness individuals treating staff members with disrespect, especially considering the effort and dedication these employees put into their work. They deserve gratitude and respect, not harsh words. Thank you to the McDonald's staff for your unwavering positivity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the wonderful experience you provided. Keep up the fantastic work!

Drive thru refuses to fill an order at the window. They park every customer and make you pull ahead or aside and wait for minutes for a confused food runner to bring it out and sort who gets your food. It is a drive thru nightmare.
