The Glenpool McDonald’s location on Waco has got to be biggest bunch of rude people I’ve seen working in the food industry! When you order a large drink but you don’t want ice, you should still get a large. Don’t give people a half a cup of a beverage and tell them that if I had “ice“ it would’ve been full. Just such a petty ridiculous turn off and the attitude of the manager just made it worse! I will never go back to that location!

Ice cream machine is still broken.
I came here because I placed a mobile order, went to drive thru and they had me waiting at the speaker and didn’t say a word, went to the window still no one came, looked at me and just walked off. If they were closed for some reason that’s fine but I wanted my mobile order to be cancelled or for atleast someone to speak to me.

We usually come to this McDonald’s and the guy something with a K literally licked his finger and then continued to make my frappe, when confronted after we watched him do it totally denied it. Girl with colored hair said she didn’t know his name.

Every time I come inside this location, the same employee is sitting in the lobby with his tablet or phone turned all the way up. I understand it’s maybe his lunch/dinner break, but I’m there with kids and he’s watching something very inappropriate every time that shouldn’t be turned up as loud as it is.

The breakfast is so slow me and mom ordered a iced caramel coffee they said no caramel so we pick frappes they give it to us AND THERE IS CARAMEL not to mention the time it took I am going to be late once again from getting McDonald’s

You need to clean your grill. Burgers have residual from grease and smoke .
Fries were cold, stale and they were out of multiple kinds of sauces for my kids chicken nuggets. They didn't tell me that they had no sauce till I got the food. I would've ordered something else if there was no sauce for nuggets.

I am very disappointed with my visit tonight. My orange drink filled up just above the half way mark on the cup and I looked at the person handing me my drink. He took it back and put more ice in it. That is sad McDonald’s you have to do better. So next time I’ll give a little over half of the money so you will see how I felt tonight.
