Old School Bagel Cafe

The toasted bagel breakfast and lunch sandwiches are particularly nice with jalapeno cream cheese. The manager, Karen, is extremely friendly and helpful. I go here for a nice calm break in my day too.

Karen Barthel thanku for the most wonderful hospitality ever n a very clean & friendly restaurant. our order was fast done right delicious & way cheaper then McDonald's if I'm aloud to mention that. the box of onions & garlic bagel r wonderful. Thanku and your husband + the tall worker forgot his name for a lovely lunch. Me my husband & grandson will return again.

Could really learn from New York Bagel. Cream cheese in everybite would be appreciated. Bagels are good. Just too stingy on the smear.

This is my first time coming to old-school bagel and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I was charged extra for an asiago cheese bagel which to me seems ridiculous.

I asked for the bagel to be toasted and it was barely warm, so my overall experience was not good. I do not think I’ll be back. I can get better bagels elsewhere with no up charge.Do better!

You need a better management . Never had a cream cheese and lox bagel where cream cheese was only on half of the bagel.Also the cream cheese was barely visible on that bagel. For the price you are charging it’s a shame. Also coffee was disgusting, feels like it was from yesterday’s pot.

It was our 1st time here. The staff was great. Baylee in particular was helpful with my kids asking lots of questions. Great place to grab lunch. We’ll grab breakfast here sometime for sure. Highly recommend.

Can't seem to find the pic I snapped, but I finally tried this place. The chick working the drive thru seems like the kindest, most gentle person ever. I had a toasted lox bagel ($10.99) and a chai latte ($3.99). Pleased with both! The latte was basic and good, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, which is great! I would've added a dash of lemon pepper, but can't hold that against them. I will be back! I was eyeing that Reuben, but I may never be able to get past the lox.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Went in on 5/1, only two people in the store, me and a person eating at a table. I needed to select the baker dozen bagels to go. They take my money and then tell me it'll be a 5-10 min wait. They had tons of bagels, no reason for this wait. 8 minutes go by and I watch these two employees just walk around doing nothing. Then the guy comes back with a box and says "here's your bagels". I wanted to select the bagels as I had said when I ordered. Then they didn't even cut the bagels as I needed for an office event. He refutes saying I never said that. I was already late from their delays that I told them I'm already late, this is ridiculous and I had to go. Our company won't be back at this location. Poor parking, bad service, overpriced for the experienced.

Parking: They have 5 spots for free and 3 handicap. People usually have to park at the closed business next door to access.
