The staff kept having to double-check the orders, and they weren’t properly bumping the orders, which is why I would call it “disorganized.” At one point, one of the staff had to ask a customer to check their food to make sure it was correct. And other staff members would have to check pizzas because they’d mix them up on the rack. I was only in the store for 15 minutes, and for them to make so many mistakes in that time during a non-busy hour is unacceptable.

We used to LOVE Papa John's pizza, but have had ongoing problems with receiving pizzas with undercooked crusts. We decided to give them a try again after several years but had the same issue this time. As you can tell from the photos, neither pizza's crust was fully cooked. We scraped back the toppings and sauce, and the dough is still raw underneath. The very bottom of the crust is cooked, it just didn't cook all the way through. We even requested a "well done" crust. We called the store and the manager on duty kindly gave us a full refund. Great service, amazing looking pizza toppings, terrible crust. I hope Papa John's can fix this problem so we can enjoy their pizza again!

Most UNSANITARY I’ve ever seen a place be!!!! No gloves, no washing hands, hair hanging over the food. NASTY. You guys touch everything and never wash your hands. I watched the dude in long hair rub his nose, scratch his head, fix his glasses, move the trash can then never wash his hands. Did all that then started making more dough. That’s wild how un sanitary this place is. not one person cleaned their hands after touching everything!

Please please please get rid of the Call center! Ugh they Barly speak english and. Caint understand them and they dont understand what were ordering and dont know your ingredients! Had to hang up because they refused to deliver so we had call another please place ! Please get rid of them!

I ~ take out ~ here often. I would keep tabs on knowing when your pizza is going to be ready because you don't want it to sit long. It will be cold by the time you get home. I live 4 minutes away from this location. Trust me! The food great as long as you pick it up directly out of the oven. Only had sour ham once. They can't be perfect every time, and that's why I gave it a 4 star on the food.

Pizza taste like rotten old left out product couldn't believe it on the quality control here needs to be reviewed and looked at sorry to say this but I want to enjoy papajohns but cannot in my area because of this situation caution ordering here currently with what evers going on with quality control of product
