Food was fine - as expected from a chain restaurant, however I had a boy scout fundraiser coupon for my order that I showed up front (before I placed the order) and the manager of the store was completely put off because “they never let them know about these things.” He said “he’ll make an exception this time.” Definitely was not treated well, will not be going back.

Really disappointed. Here is what $45 for two pizzas gets you here. The store manager did give us a refund, but didn’t care to see the photos of the pizza or offer an apology. Papa John’s has DoorDash delivering their pizzas and this is what we received. The tamper stickers were also removed. Our pizzas were carried around on their sides which is just bizarre…

Just yikes. Must have carried the delivery vertically rather than horizontally. Ingredients all balled up on one end of the box. Was no longer a circle, but a cheese and meat pile all on one side. Wasn’t edible - delivery mishandled (on purpose?) Manager wasn’t interested in photos - didn’t seem to care about problem solving. Refunded.

Food is usually great but I wish I had checked my wings before I paid. No sauce on my wings this is is the second time in a row I got "wings" with no sauce. I'm more mad at myself for letting it happen a second time
There was a mix up on my order, it was a busy Friday night, but they were really nice. They apologized and took care of me and my replacement was just right! Mistakes happen, but they did great correcting it.

Have used this location multiple times and every time they have been 20-30min late. Food shows up cold, I’ve complained a couple times and they give me the order for free but at some point the complimentary food is no longer worth it.There’s clearly a problem with the logistics side and very poor communication. The drivers are always polite, that much I will say. However each time I’ve called to complain about my food being extremely late and cold the manager just feeds me a bunch of excuses.

Found pieces of bone in my bbq chicken papadia. Manager called me a liar. I’ve saved the pieces and hopefully someone further up the chain of command can get to the bottom of it before someone is injured. I will be reaching out because the manager’s response was unacceptable and Papa Johns needs to find out how this happened.

Good food, extremely long wait times (ALWAYS unless you’re late). The lobby is small and you can’t even see through the windows because of their dirt, fog and spider webs so you either stare at the workers or stare at a blank wall…

Avoid. We ordered it four times and it was terrible four times. Two primary issues were that they deliver with door dash, and they take pizzas out early. Delivering with door dash means a random person shows up without a heat bag, no sticker keeping the box closed, and sometimes it just won't show up. Last time we ordered we opened the door after the knock to see the driver looking at the pizza after opening the box in front of our door....Second, and I should say this only happened two of the four times, the pizza was not cooked all the way. The veggies were still raw, the dough was gooey, and the toppings just fell off when you pick it up.Just not worth it. Try Dominos or a bake at home pizza.
