The long dark haired woman that has been working there for a long time, is very unprofessional and absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. We had a group 13 all going to play pool and have fun and because of her this place lost out on our business for good. This girl was fired and then rehired. Not a place we will spend our money until she is gone for good. Torchys missing it big with keeping this girl employeed.Your response is false. None of our group were asked to never return. I have the messages. The bartender even said at the beginning of the night that he just needed to talk to her and he tried and she flipped her switch and absolutely the rudest to him. Then she had one of her regulars say he was her husband and fight him. Also all on video. Either way you have missed your opportunity to correct this. We will take our money and business to better establishments.

Decided to go to Torchy’s in Glenpool last week and boy howdy what a time. The wait staff was fantastic and engaging, and the drinks were fairly priced and delicious. I highly recommend Torchy’s if you’re wanting to hangout with friends, watch sports, or just shoot some pool. Thank you For a great time and I’ll be back!

The pool tables kept taking our money without giving us the balls also the service was trash waited 40 minutes just to get help and get a drink bartender doesn't care

I'm not into playing pool but the people I live and work w/ go to Torchys once or twice a week... It's very mellow.. Everybody in there knows each other, they talk a lil smack play friendly but everybody's out to win.... Losing to each other not an option .Hahahaaaaa!!!

I'm not into playing pool but the people I live and work w/ go to Torchys once or twice a week... It's very mellow.. Everybody in there knows each other, they talk a lil smack play friendly but everybody's out to win.... Losing to each other not an option .Hahahaaaaa!!!
