I can’t say enough good things about the Sonic in Glenpool, but the real star of the show is Megan, the manager! She is absolutely the BEST—seriously, I’ve never met someone so dedicated, friendly, and very, very, very helpful. No matter how busy it gets, Megan always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of.
The service here is always fast and accurate, and you can tell the team works hard under her leadership. Whether it's a simple order or a special request, Megan makes sure everything is perfect. If you want top-notch service with a personal touch, this is the Sonic to visit. Huge shoutout to Megan for making every trip here a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered here many, many times both through the Drive-Thru option and online via UberEats, and this Sonic location has consistently given us problems with our orders. There was a long period of time where no matter what flavor of milkshake we had ordered, they consistently added in the Cheesecake syrup which made both of our shakes taste inedible from the overbearing, unasked for addition. In the Drive-Thru, we've also received shakes that had seemingly dripped over the sides and were sticky to the touch, and was flat. As of writing this, we had Sonic delivered to our home and in the box with my burger was a long black hair that didn't belong to anyone reasonably within my house or could've had access to the food other than the workers. Please avoid this location if you can, or order somewhere else with lower prices. Burgers & More is pretty good.

Always super slow, and the workers don't even know the menu. Got into a debate over a footling quarter pound coney vs a chili cheese coney. Kid was way too interested in being right so I just left. Not my first poor experience, but first review wrote for Sonic. If you're in glenpool and wanting some food, definitely do not choose this place

Things have unfortunately changed in 3 years. App doesn't work half the time, orders are incorrect and/or missing items, long wait times. I've recently deleted the app, and won't be going to any sonic anytime soon.

I ordered a route 44 Diet Coke through the app. I waited 20 minutes and they never brought it out. I finally hit the button to ask where it was. A young boy brought it out and was kind and apologetic. Unfortunately it was the wrong drink. I pushed the button again. The women who answered was extremely rude, and never apologized for the mistake after I told her I waited 20 mins for the wrong drink. I was honestly speechless with how disrespectful she was.
Horrible just Horrible. I went here for a doordash order and I pressed the button and they said that it will be out there shortly. I was there for 30 minutes and pushed the button again and they said the same thing again and they finally brought it out and they said that they did not know I was here and blamed me for not pressing the button

The worst service ever, I am sitting and waiting for one drink in the mobile pick-up, and it has been over 40 minutes. That’s crazy.
Update: 50 minutes and I had to call it quits. A $2 wasn’t worth my sanity and time. And when I asked for them to check on my order, I was told the system was down. Well… girlie pop, you don’t think you could have mentioned that just a touch earlier? Anyways! Avoid this location like the plague, unless you like having your day and mood ruined for funsies!

The store is always understaffed if you need something relatively quick don't come here or if you do add 30 minutes to whatever time frame you'd expect your food to be ready by. This is no way a reflection of the staff but poor management at some point close your store down or hire more people

With waiting for over 30min from order placed till getting my food and then having 2 separate things wrong with my order. 3-4 if you count the cold french frys that were only half full.
Do your self a favor and go to Burger King across the street as I should have.
