They can't seem to get an order right... stopped and got a pretzel twist.. cinnasnacks and cheddar pepers.. no ranch even tho we asked.. no cheese sauce for the pretzel twist and no frosting for the cinnasnack.. I called and all I got from the "manager" was sorry.. rather sarcasticly.. no come back and we will make it right.. no ill talk to them.. nothing. Stopped by 2/21/24... again.. drive through only.. 8 cars in line... went to arbys. How about paying your employees more.. maybe you wont loose 30 dollars worth of buisness from me every time! Be mor like the Jenks location.

Be careful and make sure to ask for your chicken well done lol. They were mad about having to remake something and gave me a raw chicken patty. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and that’s just so scary and dangerous! Pretty traumatizing!

I visited this sonic just to order 4 drinks. After waiting 10 minutes we buzzed them again asking about our drinks. We saw them finally pick up 4 cups from the counter that we could see sitting there for awhile. After paying and waiting for the change. The carhop shorted us $1 on the change and didn’t apologize when we called him back.It was altogether not a pleasant experience.

1/2024 - The owner of the Glenpool Sonic has strived towards having a good establishment. Please take this constructively. I had left 4 stars 5 months ago, but I'm reducing it.Over the past 3-4 months, service has degraded. A month ago one of your workers kept the change from my payment, telling me, "Well, I figured it was a tip." I was shocked to the point of being unable to answer.This past week, not only was my order completely wrong, but I was disdained for even bringing it up.I admire young people who want to work, but the staff have developed an adversarial attitude. Perhaps it's because of SONIC adding the tip onto the online ordering, which is setting a standard the staff angrily reacts to if not to their liking. Perhaps it's one of the staff with a contagious embitterment. Regardless, it has rendered the Glenpool SONIC quite distasteful. I won't be your patron any longer for quite some time.

I've learned to avoid this place completely. They turn off the mobile app almost always, so you have to contact them just to find out what they have decided to make available. I stopped by on a Tuesday for half-price burgers after 5. They told me they've never heard of that. I called the next day about the 1.99 cheese coney special. They told me they weren't honoring it because they were out of buns. That was it for me. I just started going to a different sonic or avoiding sonic altogether when I'm looking for options close to home. My experience with this location is peak frustration.

Slow service, bad communication. The staff and managers do not care if you’ve been waiting a long time. They never have drink carriers and will tell you to cross the street to QT if you need one. Corporate clearly doesn’t care if these people work or not, so why should we care? Avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your time.

I would give the zero stars if it would let me! I am never able to get what I order thru DoorDash. It's not that difficult!!! After waiting over an hour my dasher messages me to say the store doesn't have my order! Where the heck did it go?
