I want to love this place but 4/5 times they don’t make my drink right. I order the same drink everytime and when I have to go back to fix it they don’t, they tell me I need to add something if I want my drink to taste that way, whenever I never had to order it like that to begin with it was always supposed to taste that way. I shouldn’t have to go inside to get my drink fixed so often especially since a tall is already $6.00 you guys should do it gladly it is your job. So if my drink taste like straight milk and sugar please remake it.

They lack customer service here, specifically in the mornings. Maybe the girlies are still sleepy.
Very disappointed this is the drink I received through Doordash they never do this when I drive thru and get my drink it is over half way full of whipped cream

We pulled up to get drinks and croissants and cake pops and I ordered my wife a medicine ball. Three times the lady put the wrong ingredients and I tried to correct her and she never did fix it on the screen . Then I ordered dragon fruit drink for my daughter and was told we have it all except the dragon fruit .🍉 t won’t look the same but the taste will be close WTF- cancelled that and ordered the rest. My wife was concerned her drink wasn’t put on there right and then before we went towards the window the girl said “oh wait “ we just got a 30 drink order so your wait is going to be pretty long. That was strike three for us. I am not waiting for 30 drinks to be made BEFORE we get served when number one we were there , the order we would have waited for wasn’t even there yet. Number two they had nothing and who ever was taking the order was rude , clueless and just a horrible lazy person. We won’t be back . Drove a few miles down the road to star bucks in Tulsa hills . This location needs re training .
Randy has been such a big help and always willing to help with a smile on her face. She definitely makes me feel welcome and makes me want to come back to this location

The African American girl that's there after the morning shift is terrible. Never makes the drinks right. Always have dry powder in them or completely missing half the ingredients. She needs to be let go

I paid over $12 to have coffee delivered to my room and the cup is only about 1/2 full. This is my first experience with this Starbucks location and my last. We travel all across the U.S. and this has happened at any other location.

Honestly, this used to be the best Starbucks to go to for me. Between SS, tulsa hills and Glenpool, it was hands down- we're going to Glenpool. But lately, not sure what happened, it's just not anymore. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a drink made right... but it's been whatever... I still come -daily and spend 70 or more a week. But when I show up and get a venti hot coffee and open it up and it is BARELY more than halfway full.... that's just my line.Again... not sure what's changed... but something has. And it's not for the better.
