Just to keep it simple enough the service was terrible. The food was great. I wish they were both good together.

3 on staff. 2 had hats on, 3rd girl wore glasses and no hat, she has long big hair. If that gets in my food or drink State will be called.
My dates flat bread was super skimpy. Thai chicken wrap is better at other locations.
Not going back to this one.

disgusting customer service. don’t know basic respect when it comes to other human beings. my friend was in the car with me and laughed at a joke i made and they said “oh my god that laugh” over the speaker and then when we pulled up to the window they said “oh my god that laugh was crazy”. just disrespectful. also the smoothie was not good and barely had any flavor. if you’re in glenpool and want a smoothie, just pick something else or prepare for children at the speaker.

Got there at 8:57pm (not aware that they closed at 9:00pm) they proceeded to shut the lights off as soon as we parked in front of the building. One worker in particular started pointing and laughing at me and my homegirl, she had a long black ponytail and glasses. The manager then proceeded to lock the door in our faces. This experience made me very uncomfortable and unappreciated as a fan of tropical smoothie, I will not be returning to this location. Please do better.

Love my smoothies and the avocolada is a go-to.

I'm giving 4 stars because I love this location and their food/smoothies are always so good, however, several times lately I've gotten smoothies that weren't full. These aren't cheap and I expect it to be full EVERY time!! I shouldn't have to complain because this shouldn't be an issue. After today, I decided it was enough, so here we are. Please do better!

The guy working Sunday night Jan. 12th shouldn't be allowed to make wraps! Who forgets to put lettuce in a Thai Chicken wrap? I'm so sad I was so impressed last time with the wrap I had... pleas do better he was also rude at the window. But the lady working is wondeful...
