Horrible place, went in to buy a Fuego Meal and got all items except for the small bag of Taki's. I went to the cashier and asked for the Taki's that was supposed to come with my meal but was told they had no more, which was a lie because there was a bin of Taki's right behind them. The sandwich didn't taste that good either so if you plan on buying the meal, I wouldn't recommend it.

I went to Wendy’s today and was having a hard day at work. I wasn’t able to eat all day because of some issues at work and I wasn’t able in the mood for a burger .Wendy’s is on my way home from work so I decided to go get some food . I was surprised how good and attentive the manager Pedro I think was his name he was so assertive with his menu and helped me decide what to eat because when your hungry you can never decide we need more people in the fast food industry like this who loves their job. It made my day better thank you Pedro for your service keep up your great service.

Food is fine, but they always miss something out of my order. They ask you to pull around to the double doors and they'll bring it out to you. I check my order and the worker is already gone. I've got to pull around, go back through the drive-thru, or go inside because they miss something. Next time, I'm not pulling around and will stay at the drive-thru window.

Undeniable cleanliness, the bathrooms are very clean as well as the tables... but the fast food service is extremely poor, too slow, bad faces, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a meal... I do not recommend it.

My son and I went in at 3:30 on Wednesday the 18th of June. We were the only one there and no one in the drive through. We went in and the Manager and 4 employees were in the drive through area yucking it up. When we walked in they looked at us but did not greet us, they ignored us and went back to talking. After standing there a few minutes I asked if any of them were working. Finally one kid walked over and took our order. I got my son a biggie meal. they tried to give us old fries, stale nuggets, and a dried out hockey puck of a plain burger. I told them no way, make the food fresh and we will wait. This did not make them happy. Manager was walking around with her head in her keister. We watched them make the food to be sure they made it fresh and no spit or hair. Went to get the drink at the self serve and the place was disgusting, had not been wiped down, the floor by it was so sticky that your shoes made that sticky sound when you walked on it. Tables were dirty and we had to wet some napkins to wipe a table down. Remember there is NOT anyone else in the dining room. How a place can be so new and so poorly ran like this one is beyond me. This is not the first bad experience there but it will be my last. Just let this place fail and close then hopefully another restraint comes in behind it and cares about their business/customers! The food got a 2 star because we made them make it fresh, it was half assed thrown together.

I don’t do the bad reviews BUT I’m disappointed in Wendys. Seems like it’s just going down hill I went through the drive threw and not only waited way too long for the drive through but when I got home I started too eat and my meat was raw!!!! Seems like the manager and crew member his name was berry thought playing around was more important than making sure the meat was done all the way but it’s probably what they was laughing at I know this survey won’t really do anything but hurt the score on surveys so I’ll be calling corporate. Y’all need a better team. Do better NIKkI

Old cold fries wad not even greeted when I walked in , everyone just stared at me even the manager in the red shirt. (I wonder why)🙄 The cashier was very respectful and nice I still don't think he should have put those cold freeze in that bag they are old and cold

Love the 2 for $3 breakfast biscuits. I get 1 sausage and 1 egg/cheese then put the meat on the egg/cheese. Really good. Toss the extra biscuit to the birds.

ordered two different sandwiches in drive thru. I got home and discovered that they substituted a single for a double. I called them and ask that they refund the difference, Danielle said I had to return to the store for the refund which would be half of what the gas would cost. regional manager , Nikki, called and said that I had to return to the store or the option of a couple of other stores which were even farther. bad enough that a mistake was made but now they want me to spend my time and money to correct the situation. I figure if a few dollars was more important to them than good customer service, they could keep it. I'll not be going back. Customer service is just not that important to them.
