I’ve been going here since this store has opened & never had an issue with anything, until recently.
My two friends & I all got different kinds of burgers meals the other night, all of the burger patties had pink on the inside. I’m not talking about there being a little bit of pink, that wouldn’t bother me. I’m talking about BRIGHT pink, raw and undercooked pink. Around $32-33 was spent & WASTED since we had took one bite and threw the rest away.
I wasn’t there when my friends ordered the food so I wasn’t able to check the burgers before they had left the drive thru BUT nobody should have to check for that kind of thing yknow?
This has been an ongoing issue at this location for a minute now, if I order any kind of regular sized burger the meat has been pink on the inside.
I’m not sure why this is happening because like I said, there was never an issue before but I’m not willing to risk getting sick. My assumption would be that they hired someone to cook who doesn’t give a crap about food safety.
I will say, I’ve noticed that when I get a biggie bag where the burgers are smaller, they’re actually cooked all the way through. My favorite order/burger is the baconator but everytime I order it from here, the meat is pink so I just stick to the biggie bags or any of the chicken items.
Everything else like the chicken sandwiches & nuggets have been fine but the regular or “larger” sized burgers are a different story.

MUSH.COMB0 13bucks & change, double mushroom burg.w/o mushrooms,1/2 order of fries . The only thing it was plenty of was bad attitudes.

$15 for lunch and still leave hungry was bad enough but now they charge for sauces???. I normally would get 3 BBQ sauces with my meal but now I was told $0.75/sauce. I hope this policy works out for you Wendy's. It just won't be with me. Sadly when you wake up and try to switch back I won't be around to notice. If I'm going to spend $20 I'll just go to restaurant. Better yet stay home and fix something healthier for 1/2 the price or less.

The sweet tea is awful almost every time, we have to pour it out and get water, none of us drink or can drink soda, sometimes the tea is so bad you can't even swallow it. Food is good tea horrible

RemanNoodles Pork flavored (RamenNoodle)

The manager is always front and center with the team! Doesn't matter which manager it is, but literally right at the line or assisting with the window. Customer service is always good, and always clean. Besides one time when the lobby board was out and the kid was sooooooo rude and didn't offer a way to look up the menu or walk through the steps. Glad to see he is gone.

Most of the staff are unprofessional and clueless, especially one of the managers. The food is atrocious. They overcharge. Just absolutely ridiculous. 0/10

I placed my order in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars in front of me. When I paid, the employee thrust my change at me with a “here”. I then waited for my drinks, which weren’t correct. Not once was I greeted, or told thank you. When I got home, we didn’t get our spicy nuggets, and my jr. bacon cheeseburger had neither bacon or cheese on it (I added my own cheese), and most of the food was cold. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. Will not be back.

We go here all the time and each time we experience a great work staff and knowledgeable cashier. Most of the people in the back are too busy and would help if they all said hello when talked to but the drive thru is busy so it is what it is. Clean store, clean lot, windows are kept clean and most of all the bathroom is clean! Great job to all!
