As a customer and a food delivery driver this place is absolutely amazing. Not only do I have a wonderful experience as a customer, and my professional relationship with them is just as amazing. Having said this I 100% support this establishment and ALL the staff that are employed here. On several occasions they have went the extra mile and continue to do so.

So I know this is more of an upper management thing because this isn’t the first Wendy’s that has asked me to pull forward and someone will bring my food out! Now I know the reason of “ hey can you pull forward and someone will bring your food out” is to cut down on the drive thru timer counting how long that the customer is sitting in your drive thru but to ask the customer to pull around is fudging the numbers of the time that the customer is waiting on their food so why have the timer if your fudging the numbers so that corporate doesn’t see what’s really happening.I was asked to drive around and the manager that was running the drive thru when told no I wasn’t going to drive around I was going to wait he slammed the drive thru window shut and one of the girls timidly came to the window and asked again and yet again I said no.Also before the manager slammed the drive thru window he climbed up and shut off the monitor which I assume is the timer! To basically again fudge the numbers but yet again I ask why have a timer to track your numbers if you’re fudging them in the first place? Also as I was sitting there because he climbed up and shut off the monitor that had the timer on it, I’d say that was highly unsanitary seeing he was from my angle looked like he was standing on a counter that food would be set on I might be wrong but I doubt it!Now I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what else might be going on in his life and yet at times it’s hard to separate work life from everything else in life and life sucks sometimes but if your the manager you lead by example whether it be good or bad and if y’all keep doing what your doing, you’ll keep getting out of him and the other managers that you’ve been getting!READ YOUR REVIEWS AND ADJUST IF YOU CAN! Went on Thursday. Ordered kids meal..wanted to swap the fries for chili. Girl said yes. Turns out they can't substitute the chili. Asked for a refund. Was advised by Nathan that he "wasn't authorized" and I had to wait for Kim. Called Friday and left a voice-mail..it's Saturday and no call or refund. It's less than $6 but there are better places I would rather waste it

worst wendy’s in oklahoma. it was good when it first opened. the food is NEVER fresh & it tastes & looks like it’s been sitting out for a while. microwaved dino nuggets taste better.

Got my spicy chicken combo, and my daighters 4 piece nugget kids meal. This is all the fries you get with the adult large combo? These are broken and cold. On top of that I get soggy spicy chicken sandwich. Not just a Lil soggy this thing feels like it's been dipped in water.. some of the staff there are good employees, the other half are tweekers and always screwing up. I get it's fast food but being high on mwth during shift is insane. Wish glenpool pd would run a drug dog through there once a day

Ordered a pretzel baconator, queso fires, and spicy nuggets.The queso fries and spicy nuggets were just salt bombs, way over salty. The nuggets were also way overcooked, almost burnt.The pretzel burger was just meh, nothing to write home about.
