When I order my food and get home and see that my medium fry is more like a small fry and the meal costs $11.65 yes I’m pissed. As you can see the ketchup packet, which is 1 ounce, is almost thicker than the fry container and then my Dr. Pepper is flat. I understand managing expectations with fast food, but at the same time I expect to get something comparable to the price. Just cause it’s fast food doesn’t mean you get to continually raise prices, “due to costs,” but then offer less. Second picture is for comparison after barely squeezing the sides so it could open. Staff was friendly, but next time I’ll need to check everything to the full extent before leaving. Not asking for much but get at least somewhat close to what you pictures on the menu display.

I went after church to pick my brothers food up and starting out I pulled into lane 2 and was told that they would be right with me and then proceeded to take four others order before returning to me and those four people pulled in after me. Then I pulled up and watched as lane 1 got there food before even starting on lane 2. All these people who pulled up after everyone in lane 2 got served way before lane 2. Then after 30minutes of waiting for a burger and onion rings they brought the wrong order to me and cold…

Fries were not edible and very old like they were sitting in the hot holder forever . Its just laziness. Im in the restaurant business not hard, just put in some effort. I would never serve my customers what I was served

If I could give a half a star I wouldn't even do that I'd give like no stars this place is horrible rude didn't put the bacon on my chicken sandwiches like I asked charge me $17 something dollars for the chicken sandwiches if I could take a screenshot of my receipt and put it on here I totally would I've never been to a Whataburger this horrible

It took way too long to get our food, the fries were cold. Service sucked. Burgers were wrong..... PS Everybody knows you don't take the food back and then expect it to be " good" . REMADE!?
