Ordered two dozen donuts to be picked up the next day. Showed up by the time I told them I would be there to pick them up only to find out they never made my order.

Good doughnuts, Excellent service. Better if you stop in and buy them fresh made. Ordering a day ahead seems to me to defeat the purpose plus it is easier for busy people to forget an order if you aren't standing in front of them waiting to pay out.
