My husband and I went for a long drive around the lake and needed a snack. So we stopped in and ordered on the app for $1 corn dogs and $1 pretzels. They were all hot and fresh! I love that, I'm glad it didn't come from the warmer drawer. Also the food and drinks came out quickly. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Very sorry service, I come through there on weekends and every time I’ve stopped the service absolutely sucks. My last experience I even did an app order with plenty of time for them to make and they couldn’t even get that right. Needs a new manager that cares. The drive thru should be for drinks and quick orders not for food orders.

They tried to charge us 0.98 cents for a water. And then we ordered dill fries and paid $3.00 for it and they brought us the smallest fries I've ever seen. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's even smaller in person. There might've been 18 small fries in the entire thing. And the fries tasted awful. This sonic is just greedy as crap. Now I remember why we originally stopped going here.

I have gone here THREE TIMES and every single time they act like the chocolate brownie pieces in my ice cream is coming out of their paycheck. I am not spending 8 dollars for vanilla ice cream topped with a couple chocolate brownie crumbs. I am pregnant and all I want is a chocolate brownie blast that has CHOCOLATE and BROWNIE ALL THROUGHOUT THE BLAST! And then the audacity these workers have to sit there when I have a cup of pure vanilla ice cream in front of them and tell me that they blended it. No the hell you didn’t! And they still can’t remake it the right way after you complain. This is the last time I ever come here. I am so sick of constantly getting jerked around over something as small as ice cream.
Ordered lunch to go, got there and checked in and sat there for 20 minutes watching them bring food out to 4 people who got there after me before receiving my food. They are friendly and the food is great but the service needs to be better.

Been coming here a long time and lately it's days and better. I heard it's new management. I'm glad. Seems to be working in their favor. The food has always been good but the service has significantly improved. They used to be out of every ingredient and the workers seemed annoyed. Not anymore

We made an app order and came to the restaurant and reported in. 15 minutes later we still hadn’t received our order. I went to the window and told him our stall number and they checked and it had been sitting there in their carry out. Young man apologized. They had a lot of people working but they weren’t paying a lot of attention to their business.

I quit work here and my manager doesn't make me use gloves or follow the guidelines on making sure everyone's washing there hands and we get in trouble for trying to be generous with bacon portions the fryers dont cook the chicken all the way be warned of sonic selling raw meat
