Been coming here a long time and lately it's days and better. I heard it's new management. I'm glad. Seems to be working in their favor. The food has always been good but the service has significantly improved. They used to be out of every ingredient and the workers seemed annoyed. Not anymore

We made an app order and came to the restaurant and reported in. 15 minutes later we still hadn’t received our order. I went to the window and told him our stall number and they checked and it had been sitting there in their carry out. Young man apologized. They had a lot of people working but they weren’t paying a lot of attention to their business.

I quit work here and my manager doesn't make me use gloves or follow the guidelines on making sure everyone's washing there hands and we get in trouble for trying to be generous with bacon portions the fryers dont cook the chicken all the way be warned of sonic selling raw meat

Average food. Staff was very courteous. Usually, I get a bacon cheese burger or the chili dogs as they rarely disappoint. The appetizers are great!

Went there upon leaving the lake. Ask for pickles on the burger was informed they were out of pickles. Ordered mozzarella sticks was told they were out of mozzarella sticks. Ordered a sonic blast with Oreo cookies and Reese’s and was told they were out of Reeses. Ordered a pretzel. When we got the order there was no cheese sauce to dip it in. Ask for cheese and was told they were out of cheese sauce. Besides that the person taking the orders was new and took forever to “find the button”. I’m assuming that was whatever they were putting the order in. I should have just left but my grandson and his friend were starving.

Every lane is pretty much broke/out of order. Ordered online and waited 45 minutes just to get my food mediocre and melted ice cream. They need to get new staff or management in there asap.

If you want your food in a decent time frame, this isn’t the place. Waited 25 mins for our order for 3 (1 kids meal, 2 adult meals). Buzzed in twice for an update. Got our order literally 25 mins after we placed it and it had mistakes. Food was fine but we would have ate somewhere else if we knew it would be that long for fast food. Big bummer.

Food is great, when they get it right....only about one in three orders is ever correct. Last time I went, they lost my order, and I had to wait over 20minutes for a simple burger and tenders, which came out wrong. Please don't put popcorn chicken or Reeces on the menu, if you are always out of them.
