I love Braums, but this location is absolutely terrible. The food is good but the staff is terrible!!!! They are rude and slow!!!

I have been to several different Braum's over the years. This one was pretty much like all the others. My husband and I like a bargain and when traveling it's nice to save a buck and have a decent burger and fries along with some ice cream. Bang for your buck it is a good deal.
As for the facility itself, the girl taking the order was courteous and did a good job. The place was pretty busy (Friday at lunch time) but the only couple of tables available were clean and the condiments station was stocked. Our order was ready pretty quickly, was hot and was correct. I don't have anything to complain about.

I ordered at brums a couple days ago and got there chicken tenders. But after eating the food and the next day my belly started hurting and I kept running to the bathroom so I went to see a doctor I ended up with food poisoning from there chicken. So I just hope they check there chicken cause I'm not going to eat there anymore.

The food is good here yes! The service lacks. We placed our order through drive through for 2 chicken sandwich combos, 2 cokes with that and a side med milkshake.
At the window we tell them they shorted us a drink. Hadnât been McDonaldâs or anywhere else, they would have kindly just gave us our drink. No, this lady says we were not charged for it and that she couldnât help us. She told us we had to drive back through the line or come in for our missing drink!!! It was clearly their mistake because they donât listen -just give the drink. Do better!!!

This location gives Braums a bad name. Disrespectful and careless highschoolers are running this place into the ground. Stop hiring children who donât care or clean the place at all. After my last nightmare of an experience, I go to McDonaldâs instead because the staff are actually kind, clean, and get my order right. And thatâs mostly because they donât hire 16 year olds that donât give a crap. Last time I went to Braums the child of a manager laughed to his coworkers saying âyou know youâre gonna have to remake thisâ and proceeded to hand me the food anyways. And when I came inside for a refund he admitted he messed up the orders before and after me too. I get its fast food, but for even the manager to behave like this is ridiculous. Alyssa, another manager tried calling me to speak about it and in her voicemail she couldnât sound more annoyed about having to do so, so I didnât even bother calling back. This whole place needs a change of attitude and management. Needless to say, I wonât ever be returning.

Great service, great value, and good food. I had the chicken strip dinner for $8. Came with gravy, dipping sauce, fries, and a shake. My only negative is that the trash cans were overflowing; had no place to dump my tray.
