Unbelievably slow, the staff is usually rude and is too busy having private conversations to even do their job. Officially giving up on this location. It used to be a great place, but must be poorly managed if the employees are allowed to behave the way they do.

It used to be quaint and tasty. Now it's just another fast food place. Not sure if they changed or our perception did.
I ordered 2 large ice creams I canceled order after 30 minutes of not getting any other serrvice at all Very disappointed

We keep trying this store but the service just keeps getting worse. This time I ordered a small and large shake. They had us pull over to the waiting area.. 20 minutes later we got our shakes.. last time we went inside. It was chaos behind the counter and 28 minutes from order to served for a cone and shake. .. probably going to go back to Sonic from now on

Very busy in ice cream area, trash and banana peels all over the work area, no bowls, napkins, ketchup, out of cookies, no syrup or marshmallow, the young girl was apparently new, had no idea how to make anything...my candy bar mix had hardly any ice cream and way too much cookie to even say it had ice cream. Very dirty and no gloves being worn, wiping ice cream scooper on apron...lost my business, dairy queen here we come
