When the lady taking the order finally stopped talking to her friend long enough to hand me the order, it was the wrong order. I ordered a single plain cheeseburger and got something with a spicy sauce, onions, bacon and Swiss cheese. I have acid reflux and cannot begin to explain the damage that sauce did to me. I ordered plain for a reason!

The attendant over the speaker was not willing to help us order an item on their menu. She kept telling us to go to the app but it said they were closed. When she was told that, she would not fulfill the order.

Ordered a cocoa fudge sundae, instead got a hot fudge sundae. Kinda disappointed 😞
There was an error in what I was charged for 2 85-cent blizzards. The total was $13.70. When I tried to correct this, the employee told me I could either pay the higher amount or go somewhere else. When I asked for a manager, the employee refused to give me a way to contact the manager and slammed the window in my face.

Love DQ! Service was extremely slow. There were only three customers in the drive-through, yet we waited in line for five minutes before we could even place our order. Took us ten minutes to get to the drive-through window only to find out; they do not sell moolatte coffee drinks. So we ordered two blizzards. Attendant at drive-through window was talking on her cell. She took our money, then abruptly turned and walked away, leaving our blizzards sitting inside on the counter. After a minute or so, a different employee showed up but didn't have a clue who ordered what. Finally got our blizzards. They were very melted and more like a thick milkshake but they still tasted really good! Must have been a bad day at bedrock! 😉 Hopefully, it's not always like this.😀
