I really liked the food but I've been through three times now and gotten yelled at. Twice before I even placed an order or said anything. I don't know who the lady is but there's a woman there who was outside smoking and came up to my car screamed at someone past us and scared my child. I asked her to stop and she yelled at us. That was during the summer. Recently I went back through at a different time of day hoping someone else was working and got yelled at again by the same lady before I even got to the speaker. Outside smoking again the store opened in a few minutes I was going to park and wait but she flagged me down waving and yelling. She yelled at me that they were not open yet and I left. I will not be back. I don't know who that person is but she's always outside and she's frankly not anyone I want to deal with ever again. Very hateful

We got blizzards. They did not turn them upside down. If they did, it would have easily fell out of the cup. The blizzard was soft and not frozen or hard. The Dairy Queen in Bentonville AR is much better.

When we ordered queso the cook yelled here's your stupid queso while putting it out. Then when I called to speak with a manager she yelled at me again. Hands down the worst DQ I have ever visited. Never again. Don't waste your time with this DQ located in Grove.

Last time we went was horrible! The absolute worst burger I've ever had. I told them it was horrible and they could care less. The bun was hard as a rock on one side and the other side was nasty as hell. Ice cream was good but as filthy as the place was it made me wonder if they ever clean the machine. ??

Our Dairy Queen has went so down hill! Rude employees, wrong food, out of food, feeling like you are inconveniencing them by even ordering, just all around lousy service. Take your food even if it’s wrong and go away is their attitudes. I found out recently it is owned by someone local, which is hard to believe. Your employees that are treating people rudely are the same people you are in the community with and they are trying to support your business. After my last experience I won’t be back unless things really change there.

Service was terrible ordered my food was told to go to reserve 1 waited about 30 minutes didn’t get it my food so I had to go around and ask if my food was ready which was they just didn’t want to bring it out would not recommend getting food there

It's a hectic, messy place, with overworked staff, and regular technical issues. A hold over from the fast food experience of my youth back when fast food places where like the fire swamp.
If you see a lot of flies the ice-cream is no good. A few flies whatever but more then few and be warned.
Smell the air. How does the fryer smell? This can inform you on the quality of the fries/onion rings.
If the staff are spinning out your order is going to be wrong. No amount of checking it is going to help. Mistakes will be made during assembly.
Look at the machines to see if any look broken or in disrepair and avoid those items that use that machine.
If everything looks good get extra napkins because the tables had to be neglected so they could get caught up.
I'm sure there's more tips for survival but you'll notice I marked food quality 5 because when it's not botched it's excellent. Just being considerate of the factors that cause food to be botched is a small price to may imo.

We ordered a Blizzard and fries. The young man at the window was very short with his script info. When we received the blizzard he did the typical upside down show and it is good. The fries boat was half full and room temp. I know it’s late but show some sort of friendliness with a smile. And fill up the boat with hot fries please

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday a week before I needed it in Grove, OK. Went to pick it up, and no cake. Lady didn't even want to see my confirmation email. She just said she was off the rest of the weekend & couldn't do anything & she needs at least 2 days notice. When I said I ordered it a week ago. She said oh well we must not have gotten the order & our freezer case out front is broke. Like that affected my order. Very disappointed & had upset Grand kids. Definitely do not recommend this DQ.

Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease fries was cold and no napkins. The place was not clean at all. I'm very disappointed in this place now. I use to come here alot to eat and it was amazing a couple of years ago. Hopefully they get this store back in line. I won't be back until I see better reviews from people.
