Just didn't have ice cream today...mind blown.. and last week had no cheese for pretzel sticks.. but didn't know until I paid and waited. Strange few weeks. But normally has delicious food and service is great too.

Food was absolutely delicious as always. One thing however, the Garlic Parmesan is a no. It is not the best flavor for a chicken strip drizzle. Still 10/10!

The food didn't meet my expectations. They didn't have ice cream. They were out of the Alaskan fillets and the food I did order was blah. The service at the window was non-existent. As for atmosphere I wouldn't know didn't go into the establishment.
One of worst dining experiences. The food was over cooked. The manager was rude.

Was charged for a "supersnak" 5.48 Purchased a LG tea 2.79 and LG ice water and cup of ice. Drive thru employee was rude. Have purchased lg ice and ice water there for over a year and have never paid more than .75 for the pair.... New system I get... Being rude is a no go ... That said the other two employees were nice a tried to assist me as best they could.

Food was fine, very slow and confused. Said I was dining in but they fixed it "To Go". The "upgrade" to a small blizzard was supposed to be $2.00, I was charged $3.19, finally got refund. Lobby and bathroom not very clean.

We went into Dairy Queen and we got our lunch. I asked for ranch dressing and the lady said I will have to charge you for it. Also men's bathroom not clean. I did not go in women's. Didn't need the aggravation.
After over five minutes of being ignored by two of the counter staff, we left. Apparently, the drive thru was more important than the four people standing waiting to order. A simple acknowledgment would have sufficed, but you could tell they weren't happy to be there or that we were there. Those pesky customers. Never going back.

Very nice and friendly staff. Quick service. The soft, hot pretzels and queso were fantastic! They don't have footlong hotdogs anymore, but still have coneys. The Hot Fudge Sundae was divine!

When I got my food it was cold but they made it right. The lady working the counter was friendly and fast at her job. I went back for another meal and I think folks need to be retrained in the kitchen. What I ordered was hot this time but what I got is 2 different things. So I don't think I will go back to that restaurant.
