This place was great when it first opened, but not anymore. Over the past several months, the service has gone downhill badly. It’s now taking well over an hour to receive a pizza, and it feels like the manager is letting orders stack up just to reduce delivery mileage payouts.
You used to be able to order and get your food delivered promptly once it came out of the oven. Now, pizzas will come out and sit there for 30–40 minutes before even being loaded into the driver’s car. Then they spend another 30–40 minutes driving around delivering older stacked orders first.
Tonight I placed an order at 6:05 PM — four pizzas and a few other items — and tipped 15%. The order total was $57.00. The driver arrived 1 hour and 22 minutes later, sat in my driveway for about five minutes, then left one medium pizza on my patio table and drove off without bringing the rest or saying anything.
This has become a repeated pattern, and it’s extremely disappointing. I hope the franchise owner can step in and fix what’s happening here, because the service is unacceptable.

Restaurant is always clean when I go in and the staff is always friendly. My pizza is almost never made wrong and when I do have issues they are always quick to correct it. This is the pizza I ordered last night and it was amazing.

tried this pizza when they first opened in Grove..and thought it was the worst pizza ever..tried again today thinking that maybe it had gotten better..WRONG.. still the worst pizza ive ever tried..when frozen pizza is better, this food is a problem..this must only be drunk food..this entire chain needs to close down..if you want good pizza in Grove go to Goodfellas..the quality is worth the price..do yourself a favor and dont eat here. people that rate this high have never had good pizza..

Ordered the food, had a time set to arrive, showed up and it never did. Tried to call the store multiple times to ask where it was or for a refund minimum, got complete silence in return. Tried customer service and got a machine

We were told it would be ready in 15 mins, so I drove over to Dominoes, when I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee happily, my drive took about 13 or 14 minutes. He turned to greet me at exactly 15 mins on the dot. Their attention to detail sets the bar high for the competition.

Game 6 NBA Finals! $60 in wings. 45 minutes quality assurance. Called they said the delivery driver was having issues but I could come pick them up after I paid for a great tip less than two miles away. I told the girl refund my money she said K bye and hung up!!! They must make a lot of money cause they don’t need mine! I deleted my app and will NEVER order from Dominos in Grove again!!
