We had a party of 6 that included my mom and her two sisters. A very special meetup because it is rare for these ladies to get together like this. The server and staff were super friendly and patient (we were there for over 2 hours), and the food was good - highly recommend the fried mushrooms! Tasty pineapple upside-down cake too. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely be back to Matt’s Place.
Super busy, excellent food, but the waitress was too socially distracted to focus on who ordered what.... and my receipt showed charges for food that I didn't order. Maybe when my wife and I go back, that waitress will have gotten some much needed training.
Betty was our waitress she was definitely on top of her job we never had to ask for anything she always filled our coffee always smiling very knowledgeable ordered the chicken strips and they were delicious
