We stopped eating at this location several months ago due to the service & food.
We decided to try it again tonight & agreed we won’t be back again.
Chips/salsa & salad took forever to come out-salsa is from a jar. Burger was overcooked & no condiments with it. Nachos were missing toppings. Server was nice but not attentive- never refilled drinks or checked on us after food was brought out.

We had a call in order- 2 spuds and a sandwich and sides. I always have to check my bag because every single time I am shorted on something. We pulled over and checked bag and sure enough our chips were missing.
Went back through and got the chips.
Got home and realized the bbq ranch for our spuds were no where to be found! They were very dry without it. The Smokey beans were overly dry as well, all stuck together. We ordered the brisket sandwich and asked for the “pile it higher” option and you only gave us 2 pickles!!!! I don’t care to pay for good food- but this was not worth what we paid. Do better! Check off the items before bagging and handing them off.

Order5ed food online at 5:50 pm and received an email and the web interface that my order would be ready by 6:10 pm. Arrived by 6:15, parked in stall #2, and called the pick-up phone # on the stall 2 sign. I was told my order would be another 15 - 20 min. At 6:50, I went inside and had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to help me at the counter, where they asked the drive thru attendant and gave me my order. Checking through the order, I was missing 2 side orders and the 4 ranch sides I asked for, which delayed things even further and food was cold by the time we got home (was only 5 minutes away)

They discriminate against people with food allergies. The last time we were there we wanted to compliment the server.
The manager came out yelling and cussing at us and told us not to come back. Without letting us say anything he went back to the kitchen. Corporate doesn’t care. Maybe this is how they try to avoid lawsuits regarding allergies. I don’t think they will stay in business with that behavior.
